Deeeeyum, both of those sound hot.

I think these will be the first SDCC exclusives I actually make an attempt to buy.

The fact that they still left the bottom portion of Deluxe Prime Prime's forearms grey baffles me.

Is the board allowed to post pics from inside the Magazine? Just wondering how the exclusives really look.

Hehe! I'm already set to get the two packs, and if I'm lucky, Toxitron. I can't wait!

I may have to get that TFP Prime. Besides the metalic paint, that box sounds pretty awesome.

It was just two shots of him in vehicle mode in the packaging. One with the outer sleeve and one without it.

Nope. The covers are ok, as the club regularly shows them off, but pictures on the inside of the magazine are a big no-no (they are part of the reason people pay for the magazine in the first place).

Whether you love the Prime Optimus Prime mold or hate it, if you're unhealthily jonesing for a Prime toy, this may be your only chance for a while: the mag claims the toys won't be arriving 'til December now!

Well, that's disappointing, but at the same time relieving, as I now have more time to save-up to buy all the TFP toys when the line finally get's released.

Sounds like code for "mentally prepare yourselves for the Prime toys to be canceled".

Not really, it sounds like what it is, a delay. They said October originally and frankly I'd been wondering how they even thought that could happen in the middle of a movie line. :lol

More like 'until next summer'. Every movie line's run for at least a year, I don't see why Dark of the Moon would be any different.
No matter how big the movie franchise gets, with Prime due to run for at least 3 if not 5-6 years, I'm not sure how that'd be possible. Trust me, by 2013, you'll be drowning in Prime toys.

....Uh. It... really doesn't. In fact I have no idea of where you got that.

If you're talking about how Animated got cancelled that was more like because it had an art style COMPLETELY different from Bayformers (the one wal mart loves) than the release date.
And because the ACTUAL SHOW was getting cancelled too.

Yeah pretty much, retailers may want movie toys for as long as they can, but once DOTM is done and on DVD I think even they know that they have to move on to a toyline that is actual supported by some media.

    Random thought:
I wonder if in five or ten years people will look back on 'Ultimate' Optimus and feel the same way about it as they do with other previous so-called 'ultimate' figures.

Most of which were produced by Kenner for the 90's Batman movies.

    Also:
That Prime...uh Prime, isn't the final, finished, retail product... is it?
