Howcome people call him Dinobot II? He was the third Dinobot on the show, remember that one that couldn't transform, and that Dinobot I ate?

He was actually Transmetal II Dinobot.

 

Because that one wasn't actually a new Dinobot. It was basically a cloned raptor with a brain.

 

  That other dude was Action Master Dinobot.
