I thought so. Well, the reason I posted what I did is that for both of the previous two movies, we've had movie toys shelfwarm for a LONG TIME. This has been to the point that stuff really bottlenecks up and retailers stop ordering new things. There are quite a few things that never made it to retail stores here, and other areas. I could be totally wrong, but I think that we'll be seeing a lot of DotM toys for a long time, especially if the past is the best predictor of the future.

A part of me welcomes this, as we've had such a drought at retail stores here that it'll be simply good to see SOMEthing new on the shelves. I just hate that figures like Warpath and Grimstone don't get a good spread like other figures like Cybertronian Optimus and Bumblebee have.

Toys R Us has Deluxes for $10.99 and Voyagers for $19.99, not sure about any of the other classes.

Had my pick of DOTM Voyagers at my local Walmart in Shrewsbury MA since Thursday night.

Snagged a Meggs, though I'm less keen on the custom project I had intended for him now that I have him in hand...

Ohh, okay. I see what you mean. Same thing happened around me. A huge drought, then DOTM toys which I'm willing to bet will be there for a good while unbought. Except in my stores, those unbought bots will keep other toylines from coming since we have a small section as it is and it's still Toy Story 3 toys, Star Wars and Transformers. No Marvel, DC or anything else.

Oh man, my local Wal*mart stores have "clearanced" the G.I.Joe Rise of Cobra figures from $6.99 to the new clearance price of $9.99. For some reason, they've not moved for almost 8 months or longer. I just can't figure out why that is . . . .

Jokes aside, I think the new movie figures won't be hanging around quite as long as the RotF figures, but they're not going be to "rare" either.

Yeah, what the crap is up with that? They were cheaper when they weren't on clearance. I've seen this happen a few times that it just boggles the mind.
