IF the remainder of the items where shipped out on the 9th shouldn't I have been sent a new tracking number? The one you sent me is useless. Utterly pointless.

My shipping number still hasn't shown as confirmed in USPS hands, allegedly this was sent on May 5, 2011, as verified by a PM yet I got a refund for two of my items which were supposedly shipped on the 5th. In addition, the "refund" I got is "held" because of suspicious activity.

My refund still hasn't been given yet either. I'll see it eventually as paypal sided with me and has promised a full refund.

I'm beginning to think that thor20 was either trying to pull some kind of short term loan thing or actually screw us over. If he wasn't trying to screw anyone over, stuff would be arriving to peoples houses and this whole mess would not have happened in the first place.

I'm really sorry. Trying to get everything straightened out. I did drop everything to the post office and dont know why some of them aren't showing in the system. I have stuff that was dropped after Ruthless Cynic's that had shown up. I'll be going by the post office that I went to and see whats going on.

When you dropped it off did they scan the barcode for tracking to start the tracking process?

There isn't a scanner there. I dropped everything off and they just said "thanks". I'm going by here tomorrow to figure out what is going on. They may have just missed scanning Ruthless Cynic's box. I dropped more stuff off on monday and one was already delivered. :banghead:

On another note my paypal account is perma locked so I have no access to any funds that are in there.

I love how my paypal dispute for the Soundblaster and Twincast were shipped under the same number that is not showing up and despite the fact I have email and the first page of this thread stating he no longer sent or intended to send them to me. By the way that response was this morning.

I gave my girlfriend the delivery confirmation number and she put it in there. I just wish I wouldn't have sold anything to you at all. Have you CALLED the post office to ask them and questions? I spoke with a guy that was VERY helpful and told me where the box is at. I've had the same thing happen to me 3 times and I got the stuff fine. Paypal also said your payment would go through soon just be patient.

Yes, actually I went over there on my lunch yesterday and they said they had nothing in the system. Further, I agree, I wish I had never entered into any dealing with you, but since my email has been put on "spam" at your choice this is the only venue I have left. Where is said package according to them?

thor20, I really don't think you have any room to be a jerk in this matter.

Why? When you posted your sale thread, you made the agreement that you would ship your good and be honest in what you did.

So far, I have yet to see much honesty from you with nonexistent tracking numbers and putting a buyers email into the spam folder.

Sure, one guy so far has got his goods. I also just received my refund today at paypals expense because YOUR account lacked funds.

If your accounts were locked after receiving the payments. Shouldn't my money have been in there? Where did it go to require paypal to have to give me the refund themselves and then limit your account?

Also, I've been talking to Ruthless Cynic quite a bit and I know for a fact that you said you shipped all his items before you pulled out this sudden parital refund on him. If you had shipped all his stuff, why issue a partial refund after the fact instead of telling him the items would not be there in the first place before shipping and then issue the refund.

I understand that you are frustrated with angry buyers, but I have a hard time feeling sorry for you. So far, everything I've seen has been a blatant amount of dishonesty from you. Lack of communication and not shipping when you said you would are just a couple of the things I've seen cause the most problem here.

They said it was on a truck. Please call them they told me it was on a truck and scans are sometimes missed but it in the system. I made a mistake with you and you emailing me 6 times a day was frustrating. Paypal locking my account is also very maddening cuz all I wanted to do was sell my stuff and send it out.

I had an Ebay buyer that filed a claim when he got his stuff as described. Must have been buyers remorse on his part. I put him on spam because I got 6 emails in one hour. Sorry a bit excessive if you ask me. If we were having a conversation that would be different

Its a shame this happened to you ruthless! People like this make it difficult to sell things online. You're one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of selling to. I almost bought something from this guy too. Glad I dodged that bullet.

I agree on Ruthless... he kicks ass. :-\

I guess what's confusing is that the OP says that he sent the items to Ruthless... and then refunded part of the money saying that someone else bought them instead... how can someone buy shit that you've sent to someone?

Also, why would the OP issue a refund from a different paypal account? It seems as if that refund was issued from that account just so that he could call paypal, say that the payment was fraudulent, and have a story to say that the paypal is "suddenly locked", while still having his regular paypal free to do business as normal with.

All in all, it's sad that a single poster can make the entire B/S/T community here at TFW look scummy, and as someone who does a lot of business through this board, I don't appreciate it.

Okay, so you're frustrated because a buyer was emailing you to get stuff resolved. Therefore you put him in the spam folder? How does that help your situation? You made an agreement to ship the good that he paid for in a timely manner after he issued payment. Upon not shipping said goods, it's only natural that buyers are going to start emailing you and wanting better communication.

Sorry, but I don't see the logic there.

As a buyer I expect good communication. The immediate red flag to me was that as soon as I sent you payment in the first place, you just stopped responding to me. That's part of why I started contacting others to see what was going on.

I never emailed Thor20 6 times in an hour, maybe he received 6 emails from buyers pissed off about his business practices or lack thereof, nor bought anything off of him from eBay. I can substantiate these claims, and am more than willing to by sending the email chain to any interested party if they PM me. I would not have been as furious had there not been blatant inconsistency between buyers and statements made by thor20. I will not tolerate wantonly, willfully reckless or malicious conduct. I was more than patient but when the following time line occurs, I am going to demand answers, especially when all paypal accounts are locked.

I had previously paid for said Titaniums that are supposedly in transit on a "truck"

Twincast and Soundblaster were paid for on April 28 in full.

May 2, 2010 pictures are posted of goods at my suggestion. This picture includes all of my purchases.

May 4, Thor20 tells me he is shipping, provides delivery confirmation number which still has not been updated to shipped.

May 5. He says he has shipped my items, I receive no notification that 2 of my items are no longer included.

May 8 I get an unsolicited refund for Soundblaster and Twincast with no explanation. Said refund is sent from a third different paypal account and is immediately "held" by paypal because of his fraudulent status in their system. When questioned on this I am told my titaniums are sent and am I being put on his spam list. Alleged reason for refund is a "double sale" this would be impossible if my package was sent on May 5.This is not a refund from the original account, and is listed as a payment. This is not a payment that will be clearing.

This is all I am saying on the matter at this time until Paypal gets a final decision, or I receive my items.

Wtf? Seriously. If you aren't (intentionally)stealing you definitely shouldn't be posting sales threads anyway. You excel at failure to complete a sale. how many more times are you going to lose my address or forget what I bought. You haven't even put it up here or done anything but rip me off. prove me wrong.
