Not hers or her sisters, she has on 4 different occasions this week, peed on my bed or my sister's bed in the house! I don't know what the fuck to do? I made sure their litter box is clean. I've cleaned and sparyed urine stain and odor remover on the mattresses. and yet she persists to piss all over both mine and my sister's beds! :mad

I read online that the pissing might be due to a urinary tract infection, so I'm gonna schedule an appointment at the vet for Monday.

Anyone else have a wayward pissing cat? What did you do about, did it work, do your cats still do it? Help, I'm at my wit's end here.

I have a cat that did that. Punishment, repellents, screaming, nose in it, nothing worked.

Solution? Shut the bedroom door. Simple as that. She can come in when I'm in the bed (she's not stupid enough to do it with somebody in the bed), but not unsupervised.

It sucks, but after a while shutting the door becomes second nature. If anyone else has a better solution (other than killing/getting rid of said cat), I'd like to hear it.

Like he said. Close the doors. If these are the only places your cat urinates it sounds more like a territory thing. Just close off the territory.

Our cat did that to my bed when it was young, about 5 years ago now. I used to allow it in my room all the time until that one day it pissed on my bed.

I rubbed it's nose in it and it's been banned from my room ever since. It's sort of learnt now not to go in through lots of yelling and closing my door all the time. Sometimes it will try to just wander in into just the doorway just in the room, but a stern shout will make it leave. However 99% of the time it will sit just outside the door and meow at me when it wants something now. :D

So solution? Keep it out of the room and close that door when you go out.

Yeah, I started closing my bedroom door.

Other thing to note, she peed on a laundry pile in the hallway, a couple days later, she peed on an unused garbage bag lying in the middle of the hallway (we're in the process of moving, hence the empty trash bag in the middle of the hallway).

Is this cat fixed? If not, I would sure get it done.

If the cat is fixed, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe keeping her in a room with the litterbox and food while no one is home would help. Perhaps all the activity with moving is making her nutty. Are you moving in or out right now? That is, is the cat in a new house right now? If so, I would definitely lock her up for a couple weeks to train her.

Yeah she's not fixed, my sister and I are gonna get the little critters done with our tax return money. Hopefully the problem goes away after that.

The fixing MAY help, but ours was fixed when it decided to go on my bed. By the sounds of it though, it may help in your case.

when my g/f went to take a show, she wondered why her pants was wet and realized that the cat pee'd on her (or so she says...LOL)

the cat pee's in her litterbox but she has couple of time poop'd somewhere else (on a garbage bag and on my cardboard box which i was gonna use for a box)

my kitten did it all the time. apparently if they get even the slightest whiff of pee then they assume they can go again. we has to take the duvet to the dry cleaners and scrub that freakin matress. she hasnt peed on the bed in a good few months now.

One of our cats started peeing on our bed, and the good folks at the local pet store told us it was because she missed us. So we bought some enzime cleaner to take the old pee out and started paying more attention to here when we're home(we both work 3rd shift now) and she hasn't done it i a long while.

Makes sense- she hadn't ever done it before I started working because I was always home to give her the attention she wanted.
