Having had the 'pleasure' of transforming Takara's full size MP Megs, I doubt that Igears downsided Megs would ever have been viable. The metal hinge inside that holds all the parts together would never work in plastic, and at that scale, I would expect it to be extremely fragile.

 

That would be my fear as well, besides I would love to see a new mp Megatron I say IDW tank megaton would be perfect.

He was up for pre-order at hlj some hours earlier...as MP 10 NEW, then promptly vanished.

List price was 17.000 yen with 20% off as early bird.

My friend on PSN got his news from G4 I think, saying Sony's getting it back up has been delayed, but I don't think he learned why it's delayed further.

Hopefully, whoever is going to be posting pics for MP-10 (or his superiors) have thought of that & will use a different server.

That's not bad... If I can't get a trailer for my 20th Anniversary Prime (probably iGear's NEW one, IF they release that one... Definitely not preordering it like I did the first one, though... not that I have the money to this time...), & can find the money before he's gone, I might have to get him, since MP-01 is incomplete w/o his Component Parts. Though, something seems off w/ how the rear wheels are handled; both Prime's legs & the rear of the truck seem off, & it isn't the proportions.

Though, "Convoy can transform by one touch" concerns me, & could be a deal breaker. Does this mean that MP-10 Automorphs completely? Or, like mentioned, is it a typo & they're talking about the gun? If he does Automorph, no thanks. I don't care for Automorph -- a little, like Tracks' head reveal or Movie 1 Concept Bee's torso is tolerable -- but I prefer transforming my TFs myself. (people are saying it is a typo & refers to the gun in the other thread)

& if Spike is supposed to be able to drive the cab, why isn't that pictured? W/ the arm transformation & Matrix, I can't work out how that's supposed to be done...

I am assuming that this actually means the trailer, like Rodimus did. It would make sense, as this is the 'convoy' part and clearly the text has gone through an automated translator.

Thats my thinking. I will hold off on this as its nice, but not extra nice or different enough to pick up at the release price. UM as this though would rock.

 

People, including at least one Mod, have pointed out it probably means the gun, since the Gun is above it.

I still prefer my MP-01, he just needs his Component Parts, which I hope this new iGear trailer will be released, hopefully when I have money to get it; then I'll have no need for this new Prime w/ a funny back end in cab mode & weird feeling legs.

 

As I mentioned much earlier, I will get him for sure, he fits right into my CHUG collection.
