Those 22 digit tracking numbers take a day or so to regester. Keep me posted.

They've had them for several days. They should have posted by now.

Hope this pans out the best for everyone. A good friend of mine who posted in this thread has a stake in this so I am hoping for the best.

I have a long history with shipping from work experience and on forums. To support Liokaiser those USPS tracking #'s that begin with a "9" which is typically listed in paypal tracking link can take for ever to update. Sometimes not even until you actually have the item in hand. There is actually a second tracking # for this same label # that updates faster. That second # usually begins with "420" (but not always).

To give an example I just shipped a package Friday. I gave the buyer the "420" # from the actual shipping label and when you enter it it shows the package has left FL. But if you enter the label # that begins with "9" from paypal (or click on the link from paypal) it shows no record received. This is because the "420" # is the one actually recorded as the main tracking #.

Hopefully in a few days if he shipped you will have it. Good luck everyone.

Well, here's my tracking number as well. He sent it to me on Wednesday.
    420 68147 9101 1288 8230 0681 4589 60

    no updates, no nuthin.

Can't wait for this to be done, one way or another. My Paypal dispute is still open. They have the tracking number, and are following the progress as well.

Is there a difference between a tracking # and a delivery confirmation #?

There's also the good chance he hasn't even dropped these off at the post office.

Not making excuses for this guy. Just hoping to give some insight on tracking #'s not showing updates.

Guys, from talking with him, I really don't think he's out to scam anyone. Sure, he got way over his head with a sale this size, but I really believe he's trying to make things right. If he were truly a scammer, why even create this thread? Wouldn't it be a better idea to just leave the site with our money, and never return? He told me he's sick, so I'm going to give him some time. All of this is coming from someone who's waited 3 weeks for items that I bought, one of which I will never receive, seeing as it was already sold to someone else. So, if I of all people can give Thor20 the benefit of the doubt, I'm sure the rest of you can. Sure, it sucks, but what can you do but wait?

My issue is that I have given him the benefit of the doubt, waited for several weeks, and today got a notification from him that he refunded me for the Soundblaster/Twincast items in my order. Which would not have been as huge of an issue but for the fact he told me he shipped me all my items on Wed. as for why he started this thread, it was at my suggestion. He clearly has said items, as they are included in the picture he posted. I have been more than patient until this last straw which left me more than incredulous. The fact that he has 3 separate Paypal accounts and 3 different emails is also disturbing when Robofreak's paypal claim was denied for insufficient funds.

For some context, I have been diligently trying to get him out of his paypal fiasco for the past two weeks. It is one thing for me to wait for items, sometimes it takes time for stuff to ship, I understand that and am a busy professional myself, but this is bordering on the time limit to file a paypal dispute and people are understandably pissed that he breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Everyone in this thread who purchased items from Thor20 entered into a binding contract at the time the made payment. Thor20's failure to deliver goods in a timely manner is the said breach, and the lack of communication is further damning. Buyers wish to be put in their expectancy position, that is, receiving what goods they contracted for.

With names of the buyers with today's dates so we all know you have the stuff separated. I think people may remove the complaints if you show you are ready to ship but for the paypal being locked.

Normally I'd give people some time to breathe as well, but the problem here was the sudden drop in communication and the lack of producing our goods.

Also Ruthless Cynic put some very good points out.

I can understand being sick. I just over surgery myself, but even then, I was able to live up to deals I made as I laid on a couch for weeks on end.

He could have very easily asked someone to take the stuff to the post office for him if he wasn't able to. I've done it.

I really wanted the figures, but they have proven to not be worth this much hassle.

I know this guy was shady by the way he responded back, I was interested in several ehobby items, but I told him if he doesnt have feedback he ships first, he said im crazy and hes not going to ship first no matter what. I told him i had excellent feedback, but he never replied back. Now it makes sense he wanted to take my money and run...hope everyone that had transactions with this person gets resolved, and dont let one person ruin your thoughts of doing transactions here with other board memebers

I thoroughly enjoy doing business on these boards. It's generally a great group of people. One bad apple isn't going to ruin the bunch for me.

    Same.

I still need to get a feedback thread going. I'm surprised I don't have one, but that may be because I'm a buyer mostly.

Not yet with mine. If he shipped on Thursday as he said, it should show up today or tomorrow.

All PMs answered. Remainder of items will be shipped today. Please do not PM me asking me to sell stuff. I'm not selling anything on here till everything is straightened out.

And refrain from make assumptions about people. I dont know you and telling someone to ship before payment is ludicrous in my book. Especially when you're askin about my Ehobby's. Thinks got screwed up. I'm not trying to scam anyone.

Just got this from Paypal about my account being locked down. I am trying to get refunds and things shipped out to everyone. Please be patient

    "Hello Robert Burbank,

When we limited your account, we looked at different factors including:

    - Information we collect internally and sometimes from other users.

    - PayPal's tools, processes, and information that monitor our
payment network are confidential and proprietary.

To help you understand our limitation process, there are a few things
    you should know:

    - When you signed up for our services, you agreed to our User
Agreement, Privacy, Acceptable Use Policies, and others.
    - The decision to place a limitation on your account was based on
    terms outlined in these agreements.
    - Generally, we place limitations on an account to learn more about
you, your account activity or your transactions. To appeal an account
limitation, we might ask you to take various steps, provide us with
information, or supply us with certain documents.
    - In some cases, we may decide that we can no longer offer our
    services to you.

If you would like to obtain copies of the information we reviewed in
deciding to place a limitation on your account, you will need to obtain
a court order or subpoena. To do so, you may want to consider speaking
with an attorney who should be able to explain the subpoena process to
you. If you choose to subpoena the information, you'll need to submit it
to us using National Registered Agents, Inc.

    Thanks,

    PayPal Account Review Department"
