Its because we complained alot last time.... I doubt we will even get WFC 2....

I guess I may just get a PS3 but i refuse to get 360 due to the amount of ****** kids on it and also that PS3 has free online services.... xD
But I will always be a Pc gamer at heart...

WoW. I was really excited about all of this till th listed off the platforms this game will be available for. NO PC. That sucks, cuts me out of this game. I have no want nor need to ever buy a console system since it'll probably collect dust and never get used by me.

 

Soooo.....Ironhide just jumps on a burnt-out bus and it doesn't break under his weight??? Aside from that, the game looks decent, but i'll probably rent it like i did for ROTF

^I agree, I'm a tad disappointed that they don't transform their hands into the guns anymore. And Sideswipe shoots with his sword.

Also, does anyone know if each character is restricted to two character-specific weapons, like in ROTF? It seems that way, and I like it. Makes the weapons more...personal, I guess, unlike in WfC where only Prime and Megatron had specific weapons.

 

so they stripped out the ability to play as 1 of 3 characters per chapter and possibly co-op... ok that really kills replay value...

this game is basically a rehash of WFC I'm a little let down that the single player actually seems worse...

they might win me back in Multiplayer is fixed but otherwise Im out

cutting corners with the vehicle modes meaning WFC hover tanks as default then slightly more normal stuff as the boost option.. logic would say it should be the other way around but ok

Since so far this actually looks worse then the game that came before so I'm out unless theirs something actually new

 

This is the first TF Movie based game that actually looks interesting.

 

If there's no Decepticons playable. I won't be buying that game.

 

Yeah, I hate it when some snotty five year old starts screaming and crying over the com about the fact that you beat him, even worse are the ones that threaten your family cause you stole their kills.

 

I just mute them, insult them when they can't speak and kick they're ass and watch 'em rage.  

 

That's what I was thinking too. I really liked WFC but I don't know if I want basically a movie skinned version of it. Right now this is looking like a possible rent, slight chance of purchase if it's really good and gives me something more than "WFC movie style". (I only watched a couple minutes of the demo though so I may change my mind as we hear more)

EDIT - I guess I'd put it this way. If WFC didn't exist I think I would be a lot more interested in this one.

 

I would have really loved for High Moon to take the best of both WFC and ROTF and make a great movieverse game experience. This feels very blatantly like WFC with movie designs. Not that that's a bad thing, but I'm disappointed they are using Stealth Force as sort of an excuse to just completely copy over the WFC gameplay. These are actual cars now, not alien vehicles, so I wish they would make them operate as such.

 

 

The interviewer is a D-bag. Was there any reason to interject his thoughts on certain characters from ROTF? Was he trying to gain some kind of nerd respect? I just found it very unprofessional, especially when someone is trying to promote a project they are working on.

Anyways, the game looks pretty decent, I will pick it up.

I'll rent it, but it really does'nt peak my intrests much. And what's with all the handheld weapons? Moververse is about built in weaons which look much better than these imao.

 

Damn, that interviewer was a douche-bag. I really hope the twins show up at some point, and are even playable in multiplayer. High Moon gave us Warpath and Breakdown, I'd love to see what they can do with the twins.

Hmm. I think I'll get this. These guys have me sold because:

1. They're giving the game an original plot.
2. More people know about the Movies and their games, and the game will have a more active online community.
3. I love WFC.

I just wish they'd tell us who we can play as, or atleast slowly release us information.

 

This game is shaping up nicely. I will be getting this for sure.

 

gawd i hope they at least keep an escalation type mode!
