It's G2, that's kind of the appeal. There is a certain...as the French say, I don't know what...about a hideous toy. Right guys?

    I concur.

LMAO Shipping is fine in Canada, never had an issue with it ordering from TFsource and BBTS.

When people start quoting numbers then YES YOU SHOULD KNOW NUMBERS.

These two figures hold ZERO interest in me and I am a BW, Animated and CLASSICS fan.

To all those in love with these figures more power to you and may you enjoy them (I'm being sincere) Personally the prices are way to high for what you get and I could care less abotu shipping. I was just pointing out the price gouge. Gice me Fansproject, TFC, iGear, BTS and all the other great 3rd party groups any day...at least I get new figures from them when I'm paying high prices.

Pricing was the meat of my argument, but point taken, as I'm not familiar with what's been said at the roundtables.

Yea I totally agree, $58 for a delux, id rather have 5 that will be worth this much in a couple years. Is ramjets collector value gonna triple in a couple years??

The prices out of control, but it seems we are all conditioned to pay more for things that should cost less, so the costs will continue to rise. Don't blame Hasbro or TFCC, blame the fanboys who are willing to dish out buckets of cash each and every time they hear the word exclusive.

That being said, I'm interested in the figures, but not joining the club just to get them. I'll wait for trades or ebay or perhaps I'll never own them, no biggie either way.

The amount of bitching in this thread is hilarious. As people have posted you have a choice to buy it or not to buy it. I snagged rj and i'm ok with the price + shipping.

If you have no vested interest in purchasing the toys, then your points are not valid. My warlock eats trolls.

Your absolutly correct Pete, but the frustration comes from a certain point. You guys make the SUPER awesome Transformers.... the ones the we all know aren't demanded enough to warrent a mass market release, BUT the full knowledge comes that if you WANT this toy, your going to be paying 5 times MINIMUM the cost of that same mold on the shelves. and thats IF you get it on release day. you missed out on a Botcon 2007 Rodimus which is a repaint of a $10 toy? $600.... pony it up!

And you can find 5 @ 11.60 each right now in a store that will triple in price? Including gas money spent and tax?

I wish they were cheaper because, well cheaper is better. That said though its not in the completely ludicrous land some of the stuff is. The $70 before shipping Perfect Effect minicon size figures are a good example of ludicrous (though I still paid it).

I tell myself its worth it because their packaging is so nice and they tend to go up in value (My first exclusive was Punch CounterPunch so maybe that isnt the same for all of them).

As others have said, at the end of the day you have to decide if its worth it to you.

That frustration is not the clubs fault. They produce an exclusive item that has its own costs, etc. They do not control the secondary market.

Strange. Earlier it kept showing FedEx Ground Home Delivery ($18.28) as the lowest shipping option.

I had to re-enter my shipping information a number of times before the Post Office Domestic Priority Mail ($9.20) option showed.

    Preordered one Ramjet. :p

I've bought some really great KO's recently (alts and G1) which were of fantastic quality (though have seen a lot of crap out there too)... But I gotta say, I've been nothing but thrilled with how great of quality TFCC exclusives are! Didn't get Ramjet since I've never been a considerably huge G2 fan, but I can't wait for Cheetor and the rest of the Animated exclusives this year! Thanks for offering such awesomeness in the first place (*ahem*praying for Grandus from Bulkhead*ahem*).
