Someone just reported in the CA threads a sighting of WP/WJ/TC at TRU

I like those too, but when you gotta beat a scalper to these guys, you can't snap the picture. Plus, the ones I got never reached the pegs. I grabbed them out of the box cuz TRU wasn't done stocking. (My pic is below)

Awesome! I have yet to see a wreck-gar in person and have just recently seen Scourge. I have some doubts we'll see this wave around here but you never know. Let the hunt begin for those who didnt order online!

Still slim pickings

I picked up a Scourge and Kup in Walmart yesterday. Only one of each, pushed all the way to the back of the rack. A month or so ago, I found (1) Kup and (1) Scourge in TRU. Other than that, no luck with any of the figures at retail. I'm still waiting on my case of 8 preorder from BBTS. I found Jazz at Target in like January, and nothing else. Tracks, Wheeljack, Wreck-Gar, everybody is slim pickings it seems. Still hoping to find a Windcharger, even though they say he'll be discontinued.

 

I have to agree with most on here. How warpath get released before Wheel/Thunder does? Little strange there. 

 

I hope wj,wp,tc, show up in my area soon, although I got wj from bbts about a month ago I got wc off eBay about the same time. I hope grapple comes through also.

 

I get the feeling tat 6 months from now, we'll see all of these guys right next to DOTM.

I live in New York on Long Island and we are ussually the LAST area to get stuff; you guys on the west coast typically get things first, then they trickle their way down to us. About 2 weeks ago a friend of mine found & bought both Perceptor & Wreck-Gar at one of our local Target's.

Before that, I found Scourge & Sergent Kup at one of my local Toys-R-Us stores. There were at least 2 of each of those TF's on the pegs, but I only had enough to get Scourge and passed up Kup; no other newer figures from their assortment were seen there. Then, just this past Sunday, I went to the Target were my friend got Perceptor/Wreck-Gar and found a Perceptor.

So, if I'm seeing these things in MY neck of the woods where it takes us a while to get anything "new", you guys further west may have gotten them already and just never see them on the pegs. Look at it like this; what if they're only getting 1 case of new stuff at a time? That's say roughly 2 of each figure (2 Thundercracker, 2 Warpath, 2 Wheeljack, etc...). The TRU opens at 9am, and throughout the course of the day people buy the figures (be it collectors or scalpers). If you get to the store by 5 o'clock and only see case-refresh figures (maybe Sergent Kup is in the same case as those above 3 figures), would you ever really know if the new figures were ever there??

I worked for TRU for about 3-4 months back during the TF Universe line & worked the morning shift 4 days a week so I was just about the first person in the store everyday. I got to watch figures appear and this disappear on the shelves and constantly was checking the backroom for new cases. Believe me when I say if you're not at the store every single day exactly when they open, there is no 100% guaranteed way to know what figures were on the pegs before you got there. If Hasbro put a sticker on the bubbles saying "Re-Pack" or "2nd Release" then you could look at that Kup figure & accurately say "Okay, Wave 4 was here but I just missed it.".

I'm still waiting for Lugnut to show up, and if he does I'm going to grab him right then & there. Hasbrotoyshop.com lists alot of the figures we're not seeing in stores but the majority of them are out of stock. Take a look:

All the new PCC 2-packs are sold out, WARPATH is sold out, even Lugnut & Grapple are. So maybe it's just taking time for these figures to wiggle their way into our local stores; it'll take them longer if there are still RtS Voyagers clogging up the place. I hope to find some of these in stores, if not then I'll have to resort to online if I really REALLY want them.

No dude, there was a wave of WJ & TC then the next wave added Warpath, but it also has WJ & TC.

Strangely, wave 7 (the WJ & TC wave) seems to have dissapeared from entertainment earth's listings... Not sure what's up with that

 

Well there's still hope for those looking for WJ, TC or WP. Saw a whole slew of them at my Walmart this morning. I can upload pictures later if you want to see.

 

I really hope this wave makes it to my area!

 

Over in AZ we haven't seen a Lugnut or any of his ilk at retail, and people are apparently snapping up Warpath/TC/WJ left and right. I just got my Warpath last night.

I'm thinking this wave is real now.

 

Problem is Lugnut and Grapple are RTS and not Generations. Same thing with the legends figures.
