Interesting looking! Might seem a bit top-heavy in bot mode, but I like the overall style of merging these parts. If it's going to be "Armada", I'd worry that those wings will make him look more badass than Cyclonus! zmog
Fury³ is an old game by Terminal Reality. I just thought it looked similar to the player craft in game.
LOVE the idea! I always personally felt that a lot of the later "techno craft" TFs were pretty clearly derived from Star Wars designs, so I think the aesthetics here will work very nicely!

Interesting idea for the Armada, looking forward to seeing it completed. As for the extra Hot Rod, Wildrider would work and I saw a pretty good digibash of the mold into Chromedome (can't remember whether that was somewhere on these boards or elsewhere, my memory is definately getting worse).
This looks like a cool idea! Without matching up the corresponding parts here at home, I wouldn't have the foggiest idea on what the best way would be to mount those Jedi Starfighter pieces to Cyclonus...but I personally would probably do away with the flip out wings from the SW ship, and then find a way so that the "mandibles" could hinge forward at his shoulders, and the existing starfighter landing gear could be modded into handles for his badass new shoulder cannons...does that make any sense or am I just reeeealy overtired?
I'm talking to FP right now, and this feedback right here has really went a long way with him. Props for this kind of feedback I have to agree with the concern here, but I certainly think there's ways around it. Keep us posted, man
I like the idea here, but I reckon the wings pointed up like that looks kind of awkward. Maybe if they could be fit onto a swivel or ball joint, they could be pointed down in robot mode, a bit like Scourge's "cape".
I like were this is going I would flip the wings so that there facing down and add some kibble. I could see a stafe out of this design
No worries, you learned something, probably, and the parts can be salvaged for the next bash! With kitbashing, there's no such thing as faliure...just earlier-than-expected-repurposing D/L
What I'm digging about this is that Cyclonus' vehicle mode in the first pic kind of reminds me of the Darksyde from Beast Wars.
