Finally, Starscream claims his rightful place as leader of the Decepticons, with a new cybertronian form that incorporates his coronation upgrades into his superstructure. With nearly twice the null ray power, speed, and a new battle mask, Lord Starscream is ready to do what Megatron never could do... Destroy the Autobots once and for all. To show his new found courage from discovering that he can not be killed, Lord Starscream keeps his mutant spark on display in robot mode at all times. The few who have been foolish enough to strike at his assumed weakness, died painful deaths that set a terrifying example to other Decepticons considering betrayal.
Ooh I wanna make myself one! What Gundam kit did you make that from? What brand and colors of paint did you use?
THAT'S MY BOY!! dam you did him justice. absolutely love his back story. i never bought the coronation set, because that was the moment he died and i kinda want to forget that . ahem. but this is sweet really nice job
1/144. I had to get the box to see, hah. I occasionally browse these things just to find good parts or to get new ideas but I know jack about Gundam. They are fun to work with since you have to build them. Lets me mask off sections and spray chrome and metallics before assembly for a cleaner end look without having to take out 20 screws then rebuild. We do think pretty similar! We ought to do a colab some time.
THAT is awesome. If you could make the other two seekers without the upgrade set, all 3 would look awesome together.
Thanks Shinobitron. Let me know if you need any of these Gundams. A local store sells them for a fair price. That would be awesome, and I know just which one to use for doing the other 2 main seekers. I do need to get him up on Ebay this weekend though.
I saw this thread last week, and thought it was awesome. I just picked up the kit and plan to turn it into Skywarp. Mine will lack the null rays though, what did you make them from?
The null rays were modified halves of the classics Jetfire gun that separates into two. You should'a got one then! He sold for a pitifully low $32. I made a total of $4 in profit.
