The truck looks great with the trailer, but the trailer itself disappoints me. It's just a hollow shell, that does nothing but store Mechtech weapons. Doesn't even have battle station bits like the G1 trailer.
If that's all the trailer does, then it's the most useless piece of toy ever. Nobody at Hasbro wanted to say anything about the trailer because they all knew it would suck.
Agreed, very, very dissapointed. This is the movieverse. That thing should turn into something outrageous and awesome.
i don't think that is the trailer for ultimate optimus prime because if you notice it doesn't have any transforming lines in it and also i think it wont be able to combine with that optimus prime
I was just wondering the same thing. That trailer has no moving parts other then how it opens. Will there be two different versions ? Or was the one that combines to the trailer a Leader class toy ? Im kinda liking this one here, which shocks me a bit cause i havent liked just about every DOTM toy .. I would be pretty easy to put the battle tower froma G1 prime int that i think ..
I'm going to have to agree with the "The trailer! It does nothing!" crowd. They should had at least included flip out stands and stuff to mount the weapons on.
I'm only interested if this trailer is big enough to look right on MP Optimus. I wanted iGear's to complete the Masterpiece, but it was cancelled/ indefinitely postponed, w/ 3rd parties bailing on it... (wound up w/ FansProject's Swindle & Blast Off instead) & I don't have the money to kitbash one... I could probably rake together money for this if it was large enough.
No, this is the trailer for the Takara Voyager we've seen before. We don't know if this is even coming to the states since we've already seen that version of Prime packaged alone without the trailer for the US toy launch next month.
Crap. I was hoping it would become battle armor so I could just get this instead of the Ultimate Prime. That sucks. It's not guaranteed that I'll get Ultimate Prime though. I'll probably be satisfied with the Cyberverse version.
I hope so too, seriously all they need to do, the same way the torso connects to his waist could be the port where a trailer would clip in. They can also engineer it somehow so it can combine to him in robot mode like with jetfire.
