Not angry.. just disappointed that it's such a small run. Even though I only learned about your company recently I already got both Blood and Hardhead preordered and I want to add Gyro to the list. I hope to hear some good news soon from you guys.

Dude. IMHO that 'Gyro' upgrade kit is smokin'. Too bad it's a limited run, as I bet that this would do so so well if it weren't.  
Understand completly that you guys are running a tight ship, but it's really heartening to see so many talented and awesome individuals here on these boards coming up with tons of exclusive sets/ kits to upgrade current figs. WIN.

 

Not really upset. Just kind of surprised by the sudden exclusiveness of the item when all the other stuff released up to this point by Headrobots has essentially been mass released to all the online stores. There was no indication until the very day it was put up for preorder that it would be an exclusive release (and this has me worried for the Blood set for the Bludgeon that came with Whirl as that's the one I truly want!) until the day that it was released. If I had known that it was going to be an exclusive to some place I'd have been paying a lot closer attention to the boards about the item. So will the Blood item be as limited and exclusive as Gyro?

That said I hope that you guys can up the production on these. I purposefully bought this set on clearance at TRU with the intention of getting this set. I'd love to hear an announcement soon.

Also, thanks for all the great work that you and other companies do out there to upgrade our action figures! Excellent work.

 

It was just very "out of the blue" for a lot of people, the exclusivity and limited stock I mean.

 

I'm thankful that I switched my computer on when I did and saw the post about the upgrade kit, normally I don't bother even checking my e-mails at the weekend.

I'm looking forward to getting my hands on the kit. I feel sorry for those who weren't so lucky, but fingers crossed that another run happens.

Quick question, and maybe I'm just being thick, but any idea of when the Gyro kit will be available?

EDIT - By the way Head Robot guys, if you ever feel the need to make a Vorath head robot for ROTF Mindwipe, I would totally pay a crapload for it

I bought the whirl 2 pack so I would have the figure when the upgrade set came out, but I too expected it to be more widely available, and am sad I missed out.

 

Hmm... looks like there is almost enough interest for another run. Keep the requests coming here. I will send him the link and he will see how much interest there is.

Just bought the Whirl vs. Bludgeon pack so I am definitely interested in a second run. I never thought the Gyro head would sell out this fast!!

 

That reminds me, I need to go get the TRU MoM. I ordered them out of the "blue" cause I saw Whirl. I second a second run just so everyone can get their bloody hands on these.

I totally bought this two pack set expecting to get these heads as I always preorder early. I am interested in BOTH heads. Please, please PLEASE...... Make more.

Yeah my plight as well I wanted a classic wrecker not a whirl from the movie. I don't collect movie stuff just the stuff that fits into classics. So I was suprised when it was so limited.

 

resin super sucks lol. surprised by the popularity of this set as well. i thought i had a set of the whirl and bludgeon but i can't find it anywhere, wtf. Oh well, found one for 30 shipped on amazon.

 

was there ever plans for the gyro and blood(dlx vs.) to be sold as a set? thats what I was hoping for initially.
