Sorry for the late post, but yesterday Kmart and walmart in springboro has diddly squat!!! Kmart just had 5 Tuner mudflaps on the pegs!! Kmart just sucks anymore.
Stopped at the Kettering K-mart last night. One Tracks. Target by the Dayton mall still has the same 3 Skullgrins that have hanging for the past month.
Toledoans, Have any of you seen ANY of the new deluxes? It's driving me crazy. Toledo is such a wasteland when it comes to new stuff. I haven't been to Walmart lately, but there's a big fat nothing at multiple Meijers, Targets, Kmarts, and TRUs. Any sightings would be appreciated!!
So, did anybody pick the Scourge up? I'm tempted to go up there. In other news, BBTS just processed my order for Generations Thundercracker.
I took a random trip to Dayton this morning for my work, and stopped off for a bathroom break at the walmart off of Miller lane, and they had both Kup ,and scourge. both of their packages were a little beat up, but that doesn't really matter what you open them up does it?
yea it is. As of when i left there yesterday it was in the back of the top row of HFTD figures cuz its where i put it. Hope one of you guys get him! ~AAD
I did. Glad I got it before anyone else did: See below. Not if the toys are good to go That's where he was when I grabbed him. I went from there to TJ Maxx, to Big Lots, to GameSwap and opened him up. Herpa derpa, he's missing the right forearm cuff ring that a) holds the arm pieces together, b) finishes the look, and c) is supposed to be glued in place. I let Gligamesh open and transform him, so I didn't notice until a few minutes later. There's a thick layer of glue where the piece goes, so either the piece fell/popped off at the factory, or the worker forgot to put it on, and QC missed it. And it's visible in-package. D'oh. What, so... since the defect was visible in the package... you... jerk!! *shakes fist* Just kidding I planned on troopbuilding, so this won't be a big deal, but I do need to either get a replacement part, or send it to Hasbro for an exchange. Oh also, Skyclaw, I picked up Cyclonus. Thanks again! Last week, I picked up the XOvers Iron Man jeep (Cap retool), clearanced to $4, at Target uh... Princeton Rd. I think. Today, I got the race car (Spidey retool, I think?) at the VOA Target for $4. Good deals. Good deals. The VOA TJ Maxx was a goldmine. I left 3 white Sharc Tooths for $13 each, 3 HA Barricades for $17 each, and 4 ROTF Swerves for $7 each. I picked up the MegaBlocks black Spidey copter set for 7, the MB War Machine set for 7, a Universe2 Skyfall for 'Mesh for 17, and get this -- a trashed-box, missing-insert, but COMPLETE, UNBROKEN TFA Wreck-Gar... for one dollar. I lol'd!
The Tallmadge K-Mart and the Walmart in Brimfield have nothing new. I didn't like going home empty handed, though, so I picked up a Darkmount. Damn toy doesn't want to stay together when I transform him.
Looky Looky! BBTS has full sets of Scourge, Sarge, T Cracker, and Wheelsjack in! I know what I'm buying next, and not wasting time driving! Heh that so funny Deejay, that we both didn't see that QC til after he was in bot mode! We need better training!
Quick, somebody convince me to do the same. 3-days-a-week toy hunting, I gotta quit you. Maybe just less "SQUEE!! LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!" ? Heh. I figured we were still waiting for him to show up in stores. OOH! And I can't wait for his repaint. Here's hoping it's Tailgate.
Finally got some good reports... Parma Target has Scourge and Kup, TRU has new joes, Destro, Shadow Tracker, Sky Dive, Low Light, and a new section on THOR and Pirates of the Carribean Steelyard Target in Cleveland has Marvel Universe variants, Thunderbird, ms. Marvel, DD.
Sounds like everything is slowly coming out, but i havent found anything in the Dayton area! I've had a couple leads, but ended up being smoke and mirrors. any help on Scourge and Kup would be greatly appreciated. Your welcome Deejay, glad i could help you out man.
