It's from ROTF - Devastator's "Mean robots suck" scene.
Everyone scrambles to find something to hold onto, when Skids grabs a pipe & Mudflap grabs Skids - as Mudflap grabs Skids' face you can see this newspaper caught on the pipe that Skids is holding.

Please, for the love of EVERYTHING that is good and holy in this world, could someone please put us (mostly me, based on this comment...   ) out of our misery and finish the HD Revenge of the Fallen screencaps? I'm starting to go through withdrawal from lack of 1080p awesomeness, and we're so close to finishing the movie.

.. I'd agree with you, however, when DOTM gets released everyone will want discs, from pirated copies or not. Then there's the trailer shots.
