I'm sold on TFPrime line!

 

Just saw the vids in the Toyfair thread and along with these shots, this will be a must have line to add to my collection..love'em all  

 

The official pics have Megs transformed right and Starscream mistransformed. The Toy Fair booth photos have Megs mistransformed and Starscream transformed correctly.

I'm still wondering if there isn't a chance that the Entertainment Pack may come out early to capitalize on Prime airing. The first season should end late June and unlike Animated won't have the second season starting right off the bat. Just putting out the pack allows them to capitalize on Prime airing and since it's next to the shiny new DOTM would help further advertise the show. This also reduces competition as there will undoubtedly be a Voyager version of both figures when the Prime line came out properly that fall.

 

Man, before we even consider the possibility of Prime blowing its load of introducing a giant transforming eater of worlds (even if its a cameo) don't we still need to find out what the hell is going on with "New Zombie Paradise" aka Cybertron. Maybe thats the planet they're talking about, I hope-after the Unicron Trilogy, I'm all too Unicroned out.

 

For the love of Cybertron, please please please give us a Cliffjumper out of this line at some point. Megatron and Starscream are slowly selling themselves to me. Prime not so much, and surprisingly, this is one additional Bumblebee I'd buy. Arcee is definite.

 

Megatron is by far the best figure in this line so far, they nailed him so completely with just a deluxe that a voyager or even leader version sometime next year is a mouth watering prospect.

ok so A: why has no one stated how Prime got chest implants and B: what team gets the first triple-changer?

 

Do we have any confirmation if the wheel hidden looks okay from the back - or if it stashes into her torso like the show yet?

 

Well, I've been watching Seibertron's videos, and it seems her wheel just sits on her back. If you put it at the right angle, it can't be seen from the front, which is okay with me, since my toys are displayed with the front well, in front. Until peaugh, optibotimus, vangelus, baltmatrix, etc. get these guys, though, we have no idea how they transform.

 

Megatron and Starscream = WIN WIN WIN!!

 

Just noticed that the Prime figure has a flip out trailer hitch on his right leg, obviously it's there for the gun to plug into but it's still a nice touch. I guess one of the classics trailers might fit.

 

I'll have them all.

 

I think he and Arcee might have gotten their work done at the same time...sort of a two for one deal...

Assuming we get any triple-changers in TFP...I'm going to guess the first one will be a Decepticon.

 

Definitely looking forward to this line, or as least what we've seen so far. I really like the way the spindly look of Starscream was captured in the toy.

For the toys, I will probably try getting most of them. Prime, I'm not so sure about, but Screamer, Megs, BB and Arcee are most likely instant-buys.

TF Prime Bumblebee look like the NFL football robot

 

Agreed. But for some reason, I feel like Hasbro will release no less than 5 versions of Bumblebee and one of them will turn out screen accurate so I'm not sweating it.

I'm glad they got Arcee correct on their first try, cause I have no such future hopes for her. LOL

 

is it me or does megatron look like a yeti?

 

I'm really liking these so far....

So who else are we waiting to see? Cliffjumper? Bulkhead? I REALLY can't wait to see a Ratchet from this line!
