good to see a better pic of UOP. I think the top wings are what making it look weird. If it was two pieces than one or had a joint somewhere in the middle it would look better. I still hoping the cab is leader size.

 

Hopefully the top wings on Ult Prime can be adjusted to different positions.

Although I'm going to wait for that figure Takara has out in July that's supposed to be a Leader Class Prime with armor.

 

I am with all the people who said that Ultimate Prime looks a ton better than before. I had a feeling that he wasn't completely transformed before, but my hopes were dashed all the same. Now I am back to considering buying him! The legs especially look much MUCH better. Now slap a couple mechtech weapons on him, and show me how articulate he is and I'm sold!

 

The massive improvement in the appearance of Prime's arms is very nice to see. I doubt I'd be displaying it much in combined mode, so hopefully this better look carries over into the "robot with battle station" or whatever mode.

 

So... nothing on Generations?

 

We haven't seen anything yet bar this release. Tomorrow onwards we will see all the latest toys, including Generations.

prime is defiantly looking better, but the whole "winged robo messiah" concept just doesn't seem to fit into primes aesthetic to me. But oh well, ill still buy him

Okay, now I want to see a scout wielding that Ultimate Prime gun. Although it'd probably take two of them.

 

Ultimate Prime in his alt mode looks awesome trailer and all and his robot mode looks like he is wearing forest gump leg braces. But its his head being so small looks so strange...

 

Gotta agree witha ya. I still think hes pretty cool the way he is but it would be nice to see him in a more metallic deco. Maybe they'll improve it before release or come out with a premium edition later on like they did with the first movie figures.

 

Definitely feel great to see Ultimate Optimus Prime in better pose, and the fact that many people are starting to change their mind

People are capable of revising opinions as they find out more info, you know. It's happened several times in this thread, and not just from me.
Unfortunately, people are also capable of snarky "told you so" posts. And that's also happened in this thread.

 

Just a theory that's rattling around in my brain...

It's likely we'll see Generations Thundercracker, Wheeljack, Warpath, and MAYBE Arcee. Hasbro said last year at Botcon that there were plans for a Generations Reflector redeco from RtS Perceptor, so that might happen, too. Also, a little while back, we saw images of the instructions for Lugnut, Thunderwing, Kup, and I THINK Scourge where their heads are different (nice idea by Hasbro to have fans guessing what redeco will come out of these molds  ), so there's a chance we may see those redecos there. But if I'm wrong, there's always Botcon.

But we'd better get Skywarp, dammit. I can't keep scouring eBay for a Classics Skywarp at a reasonable price.

 

anyone know if the MMOG will be released in other countries?

 

Personally, I'd like a bigger and clearer picture before I can declare the worst toy ever to backpedal on.

 

Prime's legs look so much better, that awful early shot made the sides look permanantly attached and the feet un-jointed, looking a lot more interesting now....

 

His head looks like a pea though
