    I might have spoken too soon on the Ultimate Prime combination, he's looking actually very cool in that picture, with real feet, articulated legs, and a lot more 'whole' in general. Can't wait to see the toy pics from Toy Fair.

    Are the Rescue bots the new Robot Heroes. They're in the same category as Superhero squad and galactic Heroes. This would be AWESOME !!!!

    Does anyone else think that that shot of the new combined Optimus Prime looks alot better than the shot we saw the other day?

    Looks a lot more poseable than I had feared. It's not quite a big block o' toy.

    i agree with ya. for some strange reason it does.
    im not sure if its the way its at a angle or what...hmmm maybe i shouldnt have been so harsh on judgeing it....

    as the father of a soon to be 3yr old I really want to see what Rescue Bots are. The ideal: robots cute and superdeformed like the Heroes lines but that actually Transform. Hey, I can dream.

    the powered up optimus prime looks better in a non-static pose. the posability is obviously incredibly hampered by the actual lack of partsforming. the leg apparatus continuing to be attached to the rest of the trailer while probably inhibit knee posability. regardless, i still want one.

    Eh...I like Ultimate Prime fine, but the price for him is just ridiculous. I'll stick with the Voyager.

    Cool that the VG is a prequel.

    I'm glad I changed my stance on Ultimate Prime to wait and see. Cause I waited...and am seeing...and am MUCH more impressed!

    Ultimate Op continues to look good. Still not sure I'll get him. Waiting to see exactly how big he is to decide. It's nice to see that his articulation might not be as hampered as I originally thought. Aesthetically speaking, the only thing I would do is give him a helmet of some sort. As-is he looks like his head's been shrunk...

    Can't wait to see, and read about, what this Toy Fair will be showing. Just want to give a big Thank You to those that are going to the event and reporting back to the rest of us.

    wtf? is that optimus prime or the monarch? that looks so horrible and hilarious at the same time..."new butterfly blast prime" ..lack of creativity for sure with that trailer

    So let me guess, we will have 220 products with Bumblebee and/or Optimus Prime's faces plastered on them, and ignore the thousands of OTHER characters in the Transformers franchise right?

    Remember the good old days of Wheeljack pencil toppers and Snarl stampers? When OTHER characters got the merchandise?

    Ultimate Optimus looks better at this angle, still not worth 80 bucks though.
