Ok, I had a vision here... If we recall a video of Prime turning the corner in the city, followed by an explosion. I can now imagine, the explosion is him powering up and flying out of there to enter the scene we see in the trailer of him kicking ass and taking names. If that happens, I better have the good ol "The Touch" ready to play, because that would be the perfect setup. I have visualized the epic dream...I must have it!
No, it's far from a masterpiece but it has a simple, fairly cohesive plot and story and a linear narrative. ROTF was just all over the place. (because it was kludged together from at least 2 different unfinished scripts due to the writers strike)
Maybe it's my eyes or the quickness of the edit but I DID NOT see the trailer as his jetpack-thingy. Really cool way to integrate the trailer into the Bay-universe.
Okay I get it. I deleted that post because I myself realized what I said was stupid. I was so excited after watching that trailer like at least 20 times and was just thinking back to an experience of loudmouths at ROTF who were ruining the movie for everone with their ******ness. And I know that collection count has nothing to do with being a true fan, I just thought it would be kinda cool if hasbro started offering memorabilia exclusive to people who collect a certain number of eligable toys with different items for the higher # of toys like 10, 15, 20 and so on. And I know a hunded is rediculous. So anyways, sorry to everyone for the bad post, it just came out wrong.
well if that big brown bot is brawl maybe there is hope yet for another combiner! but I highly doubt it tho even if there was another combiner it will probably look like another hunchback from notre dame.
heres what I see Optimus flies in, lands, drops his jet pack, slide and shots the long haul bot, spins around, drops the right arm gun and pulls out his sword, stabs the sidways robot and throws him to the screen and explodes, spins around and slices (what I think is to be that brawl looking bot) in half which explodes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EPIC
whoops scratch that if you look at the still after optimus prime is flying you can see the brawl bot dead on the floor. maybe he kills him when hes flying and lands in the middle of the street. So maybe that robot in the far left corner isn't shockwave cause thats the only big bot besides brawl that optimus slices atthe end of the trailer.
if you look at the trailer in the beginning when the people are running you can see two engines in the corners and then it shows sam looking back while people are running in front of him maybe this where optimus puts on the trailer parts and tells sam to leave cause its too dangerous and flies off thats why sam is looking backwards in the unknown car.
