I think he is a voyager! 

 

Owww...why do so many nice TFormers have to be coming out? Even in the tiny Prime line, I can't decide between this silverlicious Megatron or that sleek Starscream! But then I need to figure out which DoTMs and Generations and RTS..ooooo.... Well. All I can say is that the Prime toyline is extremely good so far! Actually, the only one that really makes me depressed is Optimus. Arcee and 'Bee are OK, Starscream and Megs are pretty nice even though their vehicle modes are a wee bit clunky.

 

I'm guessing this is kind of like that Battle Begins two pack that we got for TFA.

 

It's an homage to his movie version's jet form, dude. His head is even visible in the show.

And I can count everal Megatron toys released in the recent years that perfectly hide the head. WFC, DOTM, ever Animated toy, etc.

 

Nope, all of these figures are part of a 5 pack. If history is any indicator, these are deluxe at best maybe a bit shorter. They aren't even nearly complicated enough for a voyager. These will most likely will be released ahead of the full line to generate interest before the launch.

 

For some reason megs head poking out the top of the alt mode cracks me up.. And normally that type of thing bothers me.. But I seriously love it!

 

For Deluxes, I like them. Optimus looks pretty decent for a little Deluxe, but Meg is really nicely done. Makes me really want to see him in a larger class of engineering, if he looks that cool as a Deluxe.

 

 

The Prime is actually pretty cool, IMO. Megs looks AMAZING though. A damn nice design.

The humans are cool, but are essentially birthday cake toppers, lol. Still, will be nice to have them nonetheless.  

 

Love the megs really dont like the prime but ill wait to see more.

 

These are cool for the size class. It says they come in a pack so im guessing these are deluxe figures. First time ive been able to say Megatron looks better than Prime. Ill wait for the larger size classes for these dudes though.

Prime's a bit of a disappointment and i really dont like the whole exposed head deal everyone's been giving Megatron lately. although everything else about that megatron toy is freakin awesome

Megatron is one character i DIDNT expect them to translate that well into a toy but they proved me wrong!

pity they couldnt've done better with optimus. his alt mode is great and spot on but the bot mode is just kinda disappointing. i mean, he doesnt look all THAT bad. i just dont like the chest and, if i wanna get all nitpicky, the big red chunks on his feet

pretty nice lookin headsculpt though!  

 

Megatron is amazing, Prime is...eh. I'll take him over DOTM Voyager Prime, though. I just hope my human figures have decent paint apps on their faces so they don't look like something out of hell.

 

Though I have nothing to prove this, I think these figures may have been rushed, at least the prime one. If this is being released as a preview before the whole line, and the fact that movie is taking up a good chunk of design time, that'd explain why prime is less than perfect. Give them a bit more time for the next version and I'm sure they'll ace it.

 

Megatron looks BAD. ASS. One of the best toy representations of a Megatron I've ever seen. I'm looking forward to getting a closer look at this bad boy.

Optimus, sadly, is my first disappointment with the line... Looks too blocky, the chest configuration looks just awful. Although maybe it's just the angle... Meh, will wait on more pics before I judge too harshly.

Nice touch with the human figurines, very nicely sculpted and painted. Will look forward to seeing what the production quality is like on them.

Megatron is pure f'n win. I love everything about him. Optimus looks a little too....simple. The kids are alright. I probably will not purchase them.

 

Oh...Megs is shiny! I like. Heh...R2D2.  

Humans? I'm shocked! I wonder what who their repaints are gonna be.   Feel kinda bad there was never a Super Sari.  


And Prime.....well.....today is just not his day is it...........

 

I don't understand how people think toys can be "rushed" the way they always inmply they are. 1. this Optimus is small, and meant for a multipack with Megs, the kids and who knows what else. 2. This is their first crack at Prime Optimus.

 

I am having one of the most nerdily awesome days ever. I am amazed at how well all of these figure look. I never thought Hasbro would be able to make those figures accurate in both modes, and not break any laws of physics. All of thoes but Bumblebee will be mine. I cannot wait for preorders!

 

I'm really hoping there's at least a Voyager class for this line. It would be a damn shame to get nothing but a Deluxe price point for what's shaping up to be an incredible series.
