Computron Gift Set Ebay Not sure where to appropriate ask, but looking for feedback as to whether this is real or KO. I did a search on other computron giftset and this appears to be a KO. Between Computron's legs are 3 vertical lines, the alignment of these 3 vertical lines do not match the alignment of other computron gift sets on ebay. Any thoughts? Thanks.
I thought there was going to be a Computron giftset in a couple of months. I didn't realize there were already KO ones.

I think this is a real set, I dont see anywhere that says its a ko. I do however see many ko sets on ebay. Ebay seems to not care anymore, because more and more is popping up there.
It's legit. KO boxes are minty & shiny. This shows its age. The shipping is gonna be high because it will be an oversized box & will still require tracking & insurance to qualify for Ebay/Paypal seller protection.
What I was worried about is the alignment in some areas. Below pic is from auction: Then below are other pics: I noticed two differences (auction vs the pics below): No idea whether below is all real or fake but at least they have consistent alignment. 1) Purple Circle: Different alignment in that you can clearly see there are 3 vertical lines but you can't above. 2) Blue Circle: The yellow blob is too spread out above vs the pics below, you can clearly see the yellow and the gap in the below pics. Also, right below the yellow blob, the square below the yellow square is about 50% covered while the below pics are 15% covered. After seeing that now, I am staying away from it! wow, ko sets, confuse the hell out of collecting the real deals. Im glad I collect both, so that I dont have to go through the headaches. How can we tell the differences between the ko little parts, such as the acessories, guns, hands, missles, just the tiny stuff and parts? Just curious for the people who dont want anything ko. Btw computron never looked so good after all these years, real or fake. It just looks so nice.
I wonder if there is a Canadian version made or just that there are quite a few KO's floating around in Ontario... There's another Computron gift set on sale right now on ebay. It's the same box as the one originally posted above (but it's different than the other seller's because the tape position is different). I looked at the seller's history and he has sold 3 previous computron sets (one of them still has an active link and that box is different than this box!)... Computron I found some additional differences with the AFA one: 1) Computron's nose in the ebay pic is different than the eyes (AFA one has the same color) 2) Lightspeed's foot is position higher in the AFA. 3) the AFA has a different red In the end, I'm still confused. If they made different versions in Canada, it's not worth the risk for me to bid based on that...!
