I fail to see how "Cartoon Network is the DEVIL!" is less of a rant than my thread title, but oh well. One way or another people will find out that Fallen aired instead of Critical.

Cybertron doesn't have a 2nd timeslot during they day, does it? I thought not but it would be great if it did, even if it were at say 2 a.m. so I could still encode it.

Plus there is already a thread in the news forum stating that no new episodes will be playing this week as per Cartoon Network.

 

  Anyway, yeah I taped it and woke up for work, only to find Fallen. Great. CN screws Transformers again. Not sure I completely understand why Hasbro doesn't step in. Whenever someones here pays for air time, for say, a commercial, they get really upset if they are not represented at good times. I'm not sure how Hasbro expects to sell toys if no one knows what the toys are. WB did such a great job airing them right after school. CN is starting to show live-action films now.

Anyway, now that the show is in Canada, can anyone encode? DP did such a prompt job last year. Perhaps someone can return the favor so we dont have to sit through another 2 months of CN's crap (assuming they don't repeat yet again).

 

yes....yes, CN does indeed suck. Gone are the days of good times at that station.

 

New Cybertron cartoons

Why is Cartoon network not showing any new Cybertron episo. I though that this week was sopost to have new Transformers cartoons. But they are going back to the first episo. So what is happing.

 

The problem is that CN as a whole sucks ass. You look at CN from 3-4 years ago and now and you see the difference. Whoever is running CN now is a fucking moron, whoever is running Boomarang is brillaint. in the span of 3-4 years CN has gone from awesome to shit and Boomarang has gone from Less than Shit to WOW! Sadly Comcrapt refuses to carry it.

Transformers and just about any Toonami like shows are aparantly things the current head of CN hates as they have burried it for time and rememberance, I think the only reason Cybertron is even airing on CN is they have a contract with Hasbro and have to air it.

In all honesty I only watch CN during Adult Swim and even that is getting crappy by comparison. Hell my kids hate most of the garbage that CN is playing during the day, I think that is a big hint Time Warner!

 

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN! NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MARCH 8! Unless, someone got the episodes in their viewing area!!!!! You would think that they wouldn't do that damn ass thing!!! OHHHHH!!! %#$%% *&%@F^&* *&^4 (Pardon my mouth.) Is there a rule that if you find an episode tape that was for back on the first episode, it all must play again until they can start airing once they reach the break-off point????!!!!!

Sigh, original programming will kill any given network with enough time. It's happened to too many other networks as well. How many time can CN are Ed, Edd, & Eddy and the like in one day?! So we have to wait till March 8 huh? This is turning into the whole Energon fiasco all over again. Someone just tell me that Cybertron is worth waiting for, please. I remember wating and supporting Energon only to discover that the last ten episodes weren't worth it anyway. CN holds out on us making me think that the TF eps their hoarding might actually be good only to finally play them and make me say, I got mad over this? And don't get me started on what CN has been doing to TMNT:

CN - We'll put TMNT on Meguzi. Hey, Fox we're running your show 5 days a week we need some new episodes to air. Can you give us some.

Fox - Sure.

CN - Oh, btw, we're going to change the time slot so that most kids will still be in school when they air and guess what else, we don't want to adverise that these are new episodes either.

Fox - We'll still be airing the new eps a few weeks later at their regular time so people will know when their on. Plus we'll adverise when we have new episodes.

CN - No rating changes for those new episodes and we're losing rating for some reason. I can't understand why? We did everything in our power not to make sure people saw them. So now we're taking TMNT off the air. (One month later.) TMNT is back but don't tell anyone it's on at 6:00 am or so, just like Transformers, where no fans will ever be able to find it aren't we generous. (insert evil laugh)

Fox (now 4KidsTV) - We believe in TMNT which is a wonderful show so we've renewed it all the way through season six. We also air the new episode teasers right after the show so fans don't have to watch crap like the Cramp Twins anymore just to see the preview. And we have some cool stuff on out website to count down to the 100th episode. And we've ever corrected the out of order airing of episodes this second time around on the reruns. Maybe someday we'll even get around to putting out the DVDs in order again, but for now at least you get to see new episodes out on DVD before they ever air.

Sorry about the rant, I had to get it out of my system.

In short, I wish Cybertron was on 4Kids. They aren't perfect, but they do more right than the get wrong. WB was good when they were aring Cybertron on weekdays, but now they've cut their after school cartoons all together. Idiots. And I still don't like them for cancelling X-Men: Evolution.

 

Here is a little update, (which based on the last week doesn't really mean much. But here on yahoo they have adjusted their schedule to include the older episodes, but then they start up new with escape.

It would be nice if SOMEONE in canada would be kind enough to encode these episodes. Someone had in the armada and energon days, but no one has for cybertron.

 

Yeah, I agree. Next time we get them first, don't encode them DP. Heheh, kidding.

 

I wish Hasbro would just dump all the currently existing episodes they have to the website database, like they did with Energon.

 

I wish Cybertron was interesting enough for me to care that its on at some godawful hour...

I wish people who had nothing to do but bitch would post eslewhere. Obviously, if people here are posting about wanting to watch Cybertron, then this is far from being an I hate Cybertron rant.
