that looks like the best deluxe figure I've seen, no kibble no holes, solid, my only complaint is the back of the upper arm connection, I saw the same on my classics Sunstreaker and it was terrible, like it was made to fall off, I hope its really tight.

Yeah, up until Generations, I owned Prowl, Grimlock, Cyclonus and Starscream. Now I've got Kup, Scourge, Jazz, Tracks, Hot Rod from the two pack... And I'm debating back collecting the others. And I do want Warpath. The collasping barrel in his chest sold it.
Altho I still don't care for the alt. mode for Warpath, that is a damn fine bot mode. Can't wait to get him. ******* EDIT: Tank is growing on me. This figure is full of win.
^ This! Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought of that repaint/remold. I'm not sure if any of my theories on p14 of the last Warpath post would work now I've seen these detailed pics but perhaps a chest rotation like Sunstreaker/Sideswipe would do? Ah- but then the tank hatch would be in front of the head, right?
totally agree. wish he was more like his g1 tank mode but am pleasantly surprised by the figure in general. just hope they don't screw up the paint job.
That altmode is very "meh" (atleast it is in grey...) but that botmode deserves a big . My hopes for Generations Arcee just shot up 10-fold!

Can I go so far as to say that this is probablt one of the finest, most impressive of the classics / universe / whatever figures to date?
Judging by the pics i use an iphone and zoomed in on the weapons. They look not to be clipped on weapons(3mm clip system) but actual mounted weapons. I thought the missile was a friction but it isnt, it has a button on the side.
Please do! I'd like to see this and maybe a couple of other mini vehicle characters as deluxes of about Bee and Cliff's stature; kind of squat and bulky. The big feet tie him in visually with those two also. Plus there's no kibble- unless anyone's gonna count the hatch, or launchers (which help cut the mass of the 'bot proper)! Now I might patiently anticipate the reactivation of that Cosmos design HasTak are sitting on: http://images.wikia.com/transformers/images/2/2c/Classics_cosmos_concept.gif And if they feel like spoiling us some more, how about a nice dumpy deluxe Brawn with a roofrack that doubles as his demolition gear pack and a flip out drill for his altmode? I'm not fussy; he can be a short wheel base 4x4. XD For now I think pairing this Warpath with a comparatively tall Arcee- lithe altmode will be a great showcase for HasTak's design standards.
