I'd laugh if Jolt shows up and is promptly killed by Megatron. Adding another mark in his kills.

If Jolt appears in (and survives) both sequels, he will become my new personal Boba Fett.

 

..... My life goal is now solely to meet Micheal Bay. And slug him.

 

This either means Nelson lied to us or GM will yet again decide to put Jolt in at the very last minute. If the latter's the case, expect him to be yet again a background character with maybe a line or two of dialog if he's lucky.

 

Even w/ his kinda clunky and brickish bot mode, I really like this figure. I'd like to see him get the HA treatment too. If he's in 3rd movie, I really hope he gets a paintjob. The navy blue looks good, but I's like to see him other colors as well. The HFD Jolt's "re-color" is BARELY a re-color. It's really one of the laziest re-colors I've seen in a while. One of the few re-colors of figures that I like that I didnt pick up. Maybe they'll make a limited edition figure like they did w/ Swerve. That would be kinda cool. My father-in-law works at a local Chevy dealer...

 

ALright, things just got stirred up! But isn't this the same thing they said about the Saleen-Mustang? About how it was being re-introduced in DOTM?

I want JOlt & Barricade in DOTM!!! or else...

man, i hope so! Jolt was actually one sweet looking robot who looked like he could deal A LOT of damage! Even if he background again, I just want coverage of him

 

Volt was cool, but If this is going to be another last minute/post-production addition, screw it. If the bot was not in the script, he should not be in the movie. Or else, nothing will make sense, for the third time around. I only wish Bay would stop messing up his movies during post-production just to make a few extra bucks from a sponsor.

 

The only reason I'm irked about them dropping Jolt like a rock is because the character has a lot of potential, and it'd be a waste to discard him.

Hopefully he'll be back. But there's a new toy on the way, so I'm gonna be a happy panda in the end, even if it doesn't have the screen-accurate head.  

 

If he is back. Maybe he will get a HA toy

 

... I'll always think of him as one of the three reasons Arcee and Sideswipe got screwed over...

 

Shoehorning characters was exactly what I had always hoped would not happen in these films. It shows a complete lack of respect for the robot as an actual character, which is what makes Transformers so much more interesting than, say Gundam, because the story is about the robots. I hated what they did to Jolt (and Sideways, for that matter) in ROTF, and I sincerely hope that if he is in the film that we get at least a spoken line or a transformation sequence.

Also, just because he has a toy does not mean he's in the film. Brawl had his Deep Desert toy and Barricade and Frenzy had their Human Alliance figures under the banner of ROTF. Just sayin'.

 

I really hope Jolt's back for DOTM, This time speaking, also i hope Jolt gets a new toy even though i really like the ROTF version.

 

Yeah, they could've really fit some great character-building into those five seconds that Jolt was in the movie.

 

 

If anything, Jolt was the guy that got screwed over.
