Sorry for the extreme delay, I was out of town again for a short business trip to another state on the 6th and only back a few days ago. I have taken some pics yesterday and I totally forgot about taking alt modes for these guys. Here is a pic I took yesterday. I'm definitely gonna close this gap because I do not want people to think I cop out on the alt mode.
like i said in FB that is the best yet TC....congratulations....is this piece will end on Ebay or a keeper?
Love it alt modes not bad either ! Good work .so is it going on eBay ? I want tham ..can't wati 2 c more of ur work
these are not going anywhere, they are for my personal collection. Thanks all for your supports and kind words.
definitely prefer these to oversized jumpstarters. twin twist alt mode is bleagh tho but nice bot mode. and use tripod when taking pic lah (its not a megapixel problem). even lordie takes better pics than u taking pics is very important part of documenting customs. just look at autobotx23 and FR. not a knock on them (im just using them as example of good photos) but good photography can make average custom look great while bad photos can make good customs look terrible.
Hah. Will do. thanks for the honest feedback. BTW, I don't have a tripod, if that satisfies your curiosity. And not going to get one, there are other priorities in life and stuffs like that. I'll do with what I have. I welcome any comments and crits on my customs as it helps me to learn from the feedback, because I do with what i have. But on the comment of my photography skills, while I do welcome some suggestions to improve it, I believe that my photos are not that bad to the point you cannot make out what the pic is. and yahlar... I know that Lordie's pics are better than mine Thanks for your consideration.
For the record, I don't know if you have the equivalent of pound/dollar stores in Malaysia, but if you do and check them now and again, you may be able to find small, cheap ones there. I quite often see mini tripods in the pound shops; they're not as big, sturdy or complex as a proper one, but they serve their purpose adequately for a makeshift setup.
you can just set the camera on a timer, and place the camera on a higher plane, say a stack of books. youll be amazed at the difference because the problem is not really the camera spec but the the camera not being steady while you click the button. check out that process guys pic for instance, he uses an old point n click too.
