I'm just gonna start occasionally posting an 'overview' of my collection here in the first post for ease of viewing. I'm keeping renditions of previous shots so that you and I can watch it's growth as time goes by! Also i'll post my latest 'bots and 'cons throughout the thread as I get 'em!

Thats way more than just a start, you've got some nice carded and boxed pieces there, shame about poor blaster he looks deactivated!

 

Lol! He's missing his guns, and has a cracked cassette player mode handle. If I had more room i'd pull some others out of the bin and set them up. They are mostly G1 in there, all in disarray

That is an animation cel from G1 ep 15 'A Plague of Insecticons'

 

Very, very nice!   I do like all the variety. I spied a sealed Fizzle in there. He was one of my favorites to play with.

When you start collecting?

 

Just a random assortment of g1 / g2, mostly. Some of them are missing accessories, missing pieces, or just not showcase worthy.

Well always, in a sense. When I was kid they were toys, and now they've 'transformed' into collectibles   However most of the sealed G1 are from when I seriously started collecting which was about 5 years ago.

Update time!

Today I picked purchased some display cases which gives me much more room. Also, I've picked up a lot of '10 figures since X-mas; my collection is growing steadily!

 

Update #2:

Opened all of my post G1 packaged things because they were taking up way to much room. I've gained quite a new figures; focusing mainly on G1. Also got new shelves to help with the overspill
