    Classics Prime, UM and Skywarp.

Ended up paying double the original $ for all when I did get them which isnt bad i think. I havent missed a classic locally since.

Legends Universe Wheelie and Cosmos. I had them, was walking to the register, then decided to put them back because they were closing. I have regretted it ever since.

I was down to just collecting Star Wars in graduate school and passed a Target back endcap filled with the UM/SW on clearance for around $10@. I looked at UM and said - that's not UM and was mildly interested in SW (I'm a fan) but didn't think it was worth it.

I'm sure others have stories of this sighting.

I wish I had started with Classics/Henkei. But I always thought, I'm just looking at the pictures on the internet and I'm not gonna buy them, I won't collect. But then WFC Prime came out and I started to buy some other figures and now the figures I really want are just too expensive. Just because I want them so badly does not justify to pay illusionary prices the people want for them.

BW Depth Charge when I was a kid. I was a simple hair cut with a hair clipper away from it, but I was too scared at the time. :(

And as for recently, there is too many to list.

    Overlord!

I wish I'd gotten him and sixshot when I first started collecting. They would have been expensive but certainly not nearly as expensive as they are now.

I wasn't that into energon-cybertron but I wish I would have gotten the bigger figures when they were still in stock. And FP city commander but I don't feel too bad because I wasn't collecting back then.

Had to be close to a year ago that I finally saw Universe Smokescreen on the shelf at Walmart. Cash was tight, so I passed, figuring I'd come back for him the next week. Well the week after there was no Universe figures to be had.

I finally just picked him up but paid 2-3 times the price.

My new rule: Buy it when you see it.

I don't really get why Universe Smokescreen is so expensive. I remember when he was first revealed, there were a lot of complaints about his off-model colour layout and cheap decal. Why then is he selling for "2-3 times the price" when Henkei Smokescreen is a much prettier alternative?

Many Japanese vintage TFs, too bad I wasn't born yet, and now, lack of funds, *sighs at the Overlords and Victory Sabers that cost a bomb*

Classics Prowl. Granted, I've been hunting for him since I got into TFs properly way back last summer, but I only actually got one at Christmas time. Such a gorgeous figure of an awesome character. :3

    Universe 2.0 Vector Prime!!!

It was last 2009 Christmas when I saw him at TRU on clearance for about $19 (had a $5coupon on me) and I had the figure in my hand with Universe 2.0 Treadbolt, but as I walked to the register I was undecided in taking 2 figures and was saying to myself to take only 1. So my dumbass left Vector Prime and took Treadbolt...how convenient.

After looking at reviews, I noticed how cool Vector Prime was, went back to TRU 2-3 days later to see if I could purchase it, every single 2.0 figures were gone!! I was soo upset and regret that I did not pick Vector Prime over Treadbolt. In the end I had to cash Vector Prime out on ebay for about $40.00 tops without shipping MISB...UGGH!!!

Since I've been collecting... nothing really. I just wish I started about a year sooner because I missed out on a lot of nice Classics that I'd like to have.

X9 ravage. He was $50 when I first saw him but couldn't afford it. Now he's $150 and I still can't afford it.
