They are. Like I said earlier, megatron in vehicle mode WITH trailer is the same length as Battle Blades Prime in vehicle mode, and he's just the cab.

 

..and more than likely they'll be roughly the same height in the movie.

That Megatron is WAY smaller than I thought it'd be.

I kind of dig it even more now*...  


* = I'm a huge fan of small-ish Transformers. Legends, Scouts, some Deluxes, small Voyagers, etc...

 

I guess Megatron is joining the robots in disguise theme on earth with the rest of the Autobots. Can't beat them join them huh Megatron. I'm excited about the TF-DOTM movie. I can't wait.

While the Voyager is looking better and better the more I see it, I'm still going to wait and get the Leader version of him (got a Leader Movie Prime, wouldn't feel right having Megatron be half his size...at best). Which will hopefully be similarly good as the Voyager is.

 

Looks okay, but I'm still not overly impressed. I do like the concept for the look of the character, though.

 

So, What kind of subterfuge is gonna get a video review posted? 

 

Really liking this new Megs, love the cloaked damage thing going on, badass...

Is it just me or is the packaging a bit reminiscent of the Cybertron line?

 

I remember getting a carded Protoform Prime in late December 06/early January 2007 I believe (but preview figures were out earlier). I don't recall seeing boxed samples this early in recent years...

EDIT: early February (won mid-January on Ebay though).  

 

Yea, the voyager may turn out alright... I hope the paint job is decent...

And I would LOVE a Leader class Movie Megatron.

I've passed up on movie one and two. They were terrible...

ROTF was darn close. The gimp arm killed it for me.

Buster Prime sure could use a Leader Megs to fight on my shelf...

Leader Starscream just isnt made of "sterner stuff"... Ha!

 

Oh no, multilingual packaging. Not as bad as the Armada packaging, though.

 

Yeah, and that first deluxe Soundwave from ROTF hit in the middle of November. This is the earliest we've seen packaged movie figures if I recall correctly.

 

So strange I don't remember that.


I do remember the excitement that the jetfire mold had.
I couldn't wait to see it!



Just thinking about has me just itching to see the new stuff, I can see it now a warehouse full of movie toys just waiting to be seen.

 

Don't see how, considering how much longer the Mack truck w/ trailer is than the Peterbilt.

 

Interesting design choice. Looks like Megatron finally gave in and chose an earth vehicle mode. Looking forward to seeing the leader class version.
