It's most likely a solid piece of plastic with details to look like fabric. Otherwise it would be extremely lame
It was only a mater of time. Most of us have all seen it and have the pics saved, though. Damage done.
Looking at it, it is definitely rubber/soft plastic. I would love it if it was real fabric. Heck, I might try to replace it with real fabric when it comes out. I'm already making a space pancho for Nest Lockdown, so this shouldn't be too hard.
Oh I'm sure once this figure is out, you're going to see a ton of customs that'll have the plastic shroud replaced with a cloth one.
A fine hessian like fabric which you partially set with starch or resin to maintain it's shape and then leave the lower part floppy would work well maybe. You'd basically need to recreate the plastic part in fabric and then give it some structure. Probably easier to simply leave the plastic bit on and drape something ontop.
it's not like I haven't seen them, but it's a shame since we could keep getting new prototypes pictures from there =/
I dunno... IMHO, regardless of how cool of an alt mode you give Movie Megs, the bot mode will continue to suck. And no amount of paint can help this. Easy pass.
OH, the Horror!!! Why has Megs never had a good look in these films. Please do not post leaked photos of toys/merchandise from Transformers: Dark of The Moon
I think he meant in the actual movie. Seeing how the tarp will move into place when Megatron transforms.
