Well judging from the authors recent material...."Freedom to eat brains is the right of all living dead" comes to mind!

If Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge are in infestation, they are basically "un-dead" TF's from the Dead Universe with creepy life sucking power.

I must admit,I seem a bit impressed with the IDW TF Comics in 2011.

I stopped buying the TF IDW Comics around June when my local comic book store closed. it wasn't really local at it was still 15 miles away one way & 30 miles away round trip.

I might be tempted to go to amazon.com,target,com or borders to get the 2011 TPB when they come out in june 2011.

wait, what's this?DNA potentially becoming regular TF writers @ IDW? That could be very, very good news. Wonder if they'll get a new companion mini too the ongoing spinning out of their 2 parter?

I loved when DNA wrote Legion. They're a great writing team. I can't wait to see what they have in store for Transformers. Also that cover with Brawn punching Starscream is by Nick Roche. Don is obviously back to doing interiors. I really hope that IDW sticks to one person doing interiors, be it Don or Nick. I like Guido, but his work is not consistant from issue to issue, hell, it took him 3 issues to get the character designs right.

Pshaw. Its the same distance for me to my comic shop, maybe further, but I have no problems buying all the comics I want online. I've stopped going to the comic shop for several years now, there's just no reason to.

So it's like walking Dead with Tfs? I actually like Guido's art Roche's as well. I'd welcome back Don too if he went back to his Stormbringer style as opposed to his ongoing IDW style.

I have a theory, it involves Galvatron Scourge and Cyclonus and what Galvatron did to a Reaper way back in devestation part 6 (Deathbringer became a literal deathbringer!) Deathbringer (species) - Transformers Wiki

that's my guess at what starts going on anyway.

Hey! C'mon, how about support your local comic shop? I drove a Tractor Trailer cross country for 2 years and had to develop a network of shops I could actually GET to, and didn't mind an 18 wheeler parking in their lot.

Most of the guys are the same type of working stiff, underpaid, live in the store so they'll be there when somebody finally comes in to buy something, D&D nerd, quasi intellectual, that I've seen in every shop,,, every GOOD shop, I've ever been into. Before I was old enough to drink, and before there were internet chatrooms, I could go into a comic shop, plunk down $5 and bitch that there was NO WAY the Thing could stop the Hulk.

One these guys are gone, something in our little geek world will be lost.

    Support your local comic shop.

(*PS, I was wondering when they'd ever get back to that Dead Universe story line, but Zombies still seem stupid in a TF setting)

They're calling Sector 7 the third prequel, but it doesn't really seem to have anything to do with the movie.

I wish we got some creative cover art for the movie comics. But this might all be do from the lack of references artist can use, I'm sure all they get are the images we've seen like a million times.

If they could get their hands on ILM renders, I'm sure we'll see better covers than this, and maybe then I'll buy a copy.

why does movie megs have a gigantic head? And, don't we already know why he and Prime hate each other. I seem to recall a prequel to ROTF, so what, they're ignoring that?

Keep in mind there are different covers for these books. You just haven't seen them yet.
