Unlikely. Comic Cybertron was once stated to be the size of Saturn IIRC, which would have made Unicron utterly gigantic. Cartoon Cybertron was smaller, though I don't think there was ever any consistency.


Ultimately though it all comes down to three things:

- Pre-crisis or Post-crisis Superman?
- G1 Comic, G1 cartoon, or AEC Unicron?
- Who does each side have as backup? If Unicron had his heralds and Superman had the Justice League, Unicron's done for.

Also if we go on track record - Superman usually defeats cosmic horrors and alien threats as a part of his day-to-day activities, either alone or with the help of the Justice League.

Unicron has never actually won. He's always defeated, and sometimes by the most stupid things (Cosmos flying inside and dumping metal eating spores on his very organic looking brain for example).

It depends on who is writing, but Superman would figure out how to take him down. Probably with assistance from Batman or the rest of the Justice League.

Wear does unicron come from? Who really made him and what is he made of? nobody really knows for sure ok unicrons eyes are not made of kryptinite but it's possiabilty maybe you or i don't know this for sure we can speculate it's not written any where tat it is or isn't.

Where's your proof that it says it's not involved, im sure lubricant's a used in unicrons body for moving part's and some kind of cooling but it never written that it is where is it written that kryptonite isn't involved?

 

Transformers was developed with Marvel productions, DCs competitor. There's your proof.

 

I wont argue its impossible, but its danm near unlikely.

Theres only 1 source for kryptonite....the planet Krypton.

That planet does not exsist in the G1 toon universe or G1 comic universe.

So, its unlikely that it would have been used in Unicrons creation in the toon universe.

And in the comics, he wasnt created.He was a god like being that was trapped in a planetoid which he reshaped into his body.

 

Perhaps in the fictional universe the battle would take place in, Unicron could be what destroyed Krypton, making him powered by kryptonite. (As in the process of eating and breaking down Krypton into energy turned it into kryptonite radiation) That would be a game changer. Being a cosmic being, he may also hypothetically have the power to emit red sun radiation.
But if we're going solely on powers Unicron has shown before, he's shown the ability to create or alter matter, maybe he could create some kryptonite.

 

Yea thanks bro your right about the competitor so that gives more reason that unicron can have kryptonite in him but where is it wrriten that he doesnt know and unicron can see things happening while not bieng there proof him seeing prime pass the matrix to magnus so maybe he see him fighting with super man and go devour planet krypton and turn the energy to use against superman, or unicron can travel in and out of dimensions so maybe he devours supermans planet before he exsited.

 

But again you admit it's possiable and this thread is about superman and unicron nevermind the other stuff if krypton exist or not but it's possiable they can where is your proof that it is wriiten that it doesn't exsit?
