I got into TFs with Rid, but only bought products when Armada came into play.

I've done the calculations, spent hours looking at receipts, emails, and Paypal. My rough estimation is a lot.

 

Well if we're counting preorders I suspect I've spent $500-700.

 

That depends on IF you are counting reissues etc and orginals. I couldn't even begin to count cause its ALOT.

I'm counting 530 just on my classics shelf.

Then I have almost all of armada and energon, a good G1 pile, all of animated, lots of beast wars, and a whole crap load of movie toys.

I don't want to count those.

 

I just got started but probably about 350 so far but with shipping another 100.

 

10-15k easily, a quick search would have popped up a long thread on this from a month ago or so

 

Tooooo much since 1985.. 

 

$305 in the last 3 weeks or so. And I've been collecting for about 10 years.

Enough to buy a real car or two, I imagine.

And I live in Canada, so the dollar is lower here usually, plus I've had to import items, or by some at inflated prices to to rarity or age taht would be easier and cheaper to get in the US.

What time frame are you looking for? Because if we count from 1984 untill now, we're talking at least $10-15,000 for me.......

Edit: Just for the sake of full disclosure, I started counting with the G1 Ratchet I got for my Birthday in October of 1984.....

I actually counted the other day. This year It was about $350. $30 a month, give or take, isn't too bad at all.
