TFC's prices are very fair, probably only a smidge behind FansProjects. Their Gear of War sets only cost about $30, and they came with a ton of little parts, and some very bright blue LEDs with batteries in the case of Gear of War 2.

i love the gestalt fist & gestalt shoulder canons.

the gestalt sword looks a bit wierd since it so round in combined form. it needs to be more pointy at the top of the combined sword

Since I own a reissue predaking from takara. I might be interested in this add-on set if the price if right & not thru the roof.

I *might* be interested in the predaking parts to augment CD's - time will tell.

 

The Predaking shoulder cannons and fists look pretty sweet. Good to see more third party companies come up with G1 combiner upgrades.

 

While I like the concept of those transforming headmasters, I'm having trouble understanding the "why" behind them. Where are they supposed to fit in to the collection?

I think I would have much rather had new character headmasters done that way. Prime and Soundwave is just...odd.

I want to get excited about hook, but how he's taken so long AND keeps flipping between colored and uncolored prototype AND how there's no art work of what we can expect....makes me wary that we'll ever get the FULL set.

 

I really do wish that one of these third parties would come up with a "Not-Shockwave".

 

I'm sorry but these look terrible, crazy devy may have bumbled on the wings but their stuff looks vastly superior compared to these...these...Bionical whatever they are..

 

Is it just me, or does it look like that extended handle on the first Predaking picture is made by combining the 2 new should cannons? So the fists probably have a hole in them to allow for the peg on the bottom half to connect to. Begs the question, will the set come with 2 shoulder guns, or 4?

 

Yeah, but in my world they need to at least make a little bit of sense. Weird for the sake of weird doesn't cut it.
