Many have already speculated that the fire truck Sentinel Prime. Perhaps that's true and the Alpha Trion-esque character in the trailer actually is Sentinel. But what if he isn't? Wouldn't it stand to reason that perhaps old Alpha Trion comes to earth to help end the final battle and takes the altmode of a fire truck? I personally would love it. Discuss please.

my gueeses on who the big red fire truck could be : (1) sentinel prime,optimus's dad (2) Rodimus Prime(3) Inferno. (4) part of a combiner team perhaps the protectobots. (5) G-2 UK Spark.

 

^Nelson's confirmed that it's not Inferno or Hot Spot.

 

Bay could be getting Nelson to do his misinformation dirty work for him. We shouldn't really be so quick to believe everything he says.

 

its sentinel prime, he is suppose to be optimus prime's father that's why he looks like an old bot like alpha trion

alpha trion on the other hand should look like the fallen

Under what reasoning would it be that Alpha Trion should be the one to show up?

Vector Prime would be a part of the original Seven Primes, thus, him and the other five brothers already sacrificed their bodies to keep the Matrix from the Fallen.

Not necessarily, just because A3 is one of the Original Thirteen, doesn't mean that the other six look like the original Seven Primes.

 

Sorry that I have to laugh, it is nothing personal. I was just thinking, by all the threads of speculation here on the board, it seems that every vehicle and robot we have seen is Alpha Trion, Vector Prime, Unicron and Sentinel Prime. So basically everything is everyone and vice versa.

Okay, maybe the thought is just funny to myself but I wanted to share it anyway  

 

I still think the Fire Truck's Inferno.

Alpha Trion's yellow so i don't see the fire truck working as him however Sentinel Is still plausible.

 

Everyone knows I hate to make excuses for the TF Movies but if Sentinel is actually offline then he technically was scratched off the list like prime was.

So it takes the all spark to revive prime same would go for sentinel.

I think the problem is the Fallen not being able to live with out the primes being dead was just a lame plot device but I would say maybe they restore sentinel/vector/alpha well after the fallen is defeated.

I dont care what it is I just want to see that great design not be a geriatric comedic nightmare like jetfire. I really like the G1 look of who ever the character is it makes the rest of the designs look really lacking.

 

Someone on here pointed out that the design did resemble Vector Prime on the moon in cyb
alt mode,so if he is in the movie like the teaser shows I hope he is major in the 3rd movie. And if its not him I too would love it to be Alpha Trion.
