I placed my order for the new Alternators Sunstreaker back on December 18th, with a message for the item originally to be shipped out on the 20th. Now, the order status is unchanged from "Pending," and I've received no response to the couple of e-mails I've sent.

Has anyone else had problems with the store?

Oooooh yeah. Suggestion: cancel your order immediately, if you paid in advance do all you can to get those funds back. Apparently Collectable Kingdom's concept of customer service is letting you foolishly pay them for stuff and then wait as they do absolutely nothing to send stuff to you.

Never trust a store that can't spell its own name properly! :D  And yes, 'collectable' has been accepted as a variation now, but still...

Anyway, back on topic - do what you can to get your money back ASAP. I've heard nothing but bad things.

Also, I just looked at their website and they have some of the highest prices on Alts I've ever seen at an online store.

    Skids
    http://www.collectablekingdom.com/product_info.php/cPath/44/products_id/1093

    Sunstreaker
    http://www.collectablekingdom.com/product_info.php/cPath/44/products_id/1094

$34.99 each for Skids and Sunstreaker? Ouch! Even BBTS, which is always a little pricey (albeit 100% reliable) has him and Sunstreaker for $24.99 each.

Sorry, not trying to be a jerk, but this is the kind of thing we need to be keeping each other aware of, because I think it's intentionally misleading:

In case you missed 20th Op for $15 at Big Lots, you'll be pleased to know you can still get him here for $199.99! He's suspiciously titled Masterpiece Optimus Prime, but it's clearly 20th Op that's pictured. :peoples:

I bought and paid for the charges hoping for convenience and that the two Sunstreakers I ordered would arrive, ideally, before or soon after Christmas. I guess I was very sadly mistaken. Thankfully, I paid for the items with PayPal. I'm going to follow my same three strike process as I do with auctions (three e-mail attempts, then three attempts to call). I'm going to send my third and final e-mail, and TRY to call them if I can find their number. From what I'm reading here, I doubt that will be of any success.

Can anyone reccommend a reputable place besides "Collectable" Kingdom? I have some items ordered with BBTS, and items preordered there without any problems. I've done business with Action-HQ, but they're in China and shipping can be EXPENSIVE.

I spend at least $3000-$4000 a year with BBTS and in five years have never had a problem of any kind. I know there are other great online retailers out there (heard nothing but good things about JRS, for example), but I've felt no motivation to go elsewhere.

I've had some great luck with BBTS as well, but appear to be hitting a snag with an Alternators Shockwave I ordered around November 22nd. When I ordered it, it was recorded as being in stock but sold out between when I ordered it and when the order reached the warehouse.

I'm the process of trying to reach them and work it out, and I know I will get it amicably and peaceably resolved. I'm sure they are inundated with orders from Christmas still and are playing catch up.

Ordered from them once, wiil never do that again.
Their prices are higher then most Online retailers,
I got my order 3 days after ordering, but with a hefty
    cost on delivery from UPS.
Now I only go with BBTS or Digital-toys.

BBTS and JRS are my two primary shops, I've ordered from both a handful of times and been quite pleased with everything each time. BBTS does tend to be a little pricier on most things though. Digital-Toys, Image Anime, Captured Prey, and TFSource are all also good stores.

When did 20th Prime show up at BigLots!? Did you get one there, and if so could you provide us with a scan of a receipt? Thanks!

That was something like a year ago - probably two or three by now - so unless his Big Lots! had a Prime or two in hiding, I doubt the sighting was recent.
