So I found a relatively cheap Music Label Soundwave online, After shipping & such it would only cost $72, But I found the Animated Sons of Cybertron set for only $62, Which is the better buy?

    Thanks

Well, they're completely different, so this is a rather odd comparison. Let's see...
    Sons of Cybertron:

    -Two deluxe figures
    -Clear plastic
    -Animated incarnations

    ML Soundwave:
    -One deluxe-voyager sized figure
    -Mediocre MP3 player function
    -G1 incarnation

    Your call.

Do you have either Deluxe Animated Optimus or Rodimus yet? If not get the SoC set. If you do, get Soundwave.

I don't have it but my vote is for Soundwave. Just my personal preference.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Animated style but I would suggest geting the regular Rodimus if you don't have it. I's not bad at all.

What color is Soundwave? He came in three colors: blue, black and white.
If SW is white, then get Sons of Cybertron.
If SW is black, he could be seen as Soundblaster and the black does look cool so it is a toss up IMO.
IF SW is blue then get Soundwave.

I'd vote for Soundwave as well. Music Label Soundwave is a fantastic figure, a perfect fit with Classics and one of the best representations of the character. Classics Rodimus is a nice figure as well, and definitely worth picking up in some form, but the Sons of Cybertron set is more a novelty and not so much the "definitive" version of the mold. And you end up paying a premium for it because it includes that mediocre little Optimus mold. It's really only worth getting if you are a) a Classics completist or b) just a big fan of transparent figures. Otherwise, I'd say spring for Soundwave and then, at some point, pick up a cheaper version of the Rodimus mold (like maybe the upcoming Rodimus/Cyclonus 2-pack).

I'd get the Soundwave. The other figures, are ok , but Soundwave is awesome! I got Hotrod when he forst came a few yrs ago, and he/I broke him within week. Snapped in 2 at his mediocre waist joint.

I would get ML Soundwave. He is getting harder to find nowadays. Either way though, you are getting rad toys.
