Second update of the day has been posted, shows off the modifcations made to the 'bat' partner and also the changes I have made to Leozack as well as Drillhorn.

 

Updated with a pic of the first combiner mode test of these guys

 

Made the combined mode more solid. Need to add and mod the lio kaiser head and then do the heads for Drillhorn, leozack, giahawk and jaruga. (then I need to get a HFTD tomahawk so I can work on adding deathcobra to the combiner)

Wow, I was reading your update on this and suddenly realised that while I'd been absolutely certain I'd commented on this fantastic 'bash... apparently I hadn't!!
First, as a huge fan of Victory, let me say thanks for doing this crew! Second let me say WOW they look great, the combined mode especially!! Thirdly, as a long time Thunderbirds fan I LOVE seeing parts of TB1 used, that toys wings are such glossy chrome that it always surprises me!
Did yours crack along the hull too? From what I was given to understand from mine that was a common weak point
Would you mind if at some point in the future, I try my own Leokaiser based off your cool ideas?

 

An update has been posted now. I have been working on these guys during my long absence which is due to Real life issues and the fact that my job makes me very tired most days so I don't bother to use the internet when I'm tired.

 

I can't believe I missed this thread entirely until now! I just wanted to take the time to say EXCELLENT work so far! There are a lot of great ideas here and you executed them perfectly. It's great to see familiar bots being used (such as the Seeker molds and tank molds), but you've modded them so well that it's hard to see the old molds underneath. These are definitely shaping up nicely and looking more like they should.

Keep up the great work! Looking forward to seeing more on these.

I'm really glad to see some updates on this. I'm jealous, I loved the Victory series, and I wish I could own/create a modern-day LioKaiser like this. Look forward to more, it's looking awsome.
