To be fair, I couldn't tell you for sure you're not receiving ones that have been taken out of the card. The non-carded ones were the earlier releases, but I would suspect that if you've ordered one recently, you're probably getting the better mold.

 

i got them loose.....they all came with their wings unattached, should have ordered them MOSC.....

 

When you say "unattached" do you mean broken, or do they just pop right back in?

Ok I just checked my original Classics Starscream and I noticed that each wing has 2 screws in them. I just unscrewed the 2 screws in one wing and took it off.

Is this what you meant? Were your wings unattched this way? Can they just be screwed back on?

 

I ordered a ton of stuff on 11/12 (over $400 worth). I've ordered from them in the past and everything has been fine but never anything this big. I Hope it all gets here fine.

 

May I ask a question? How did you fix the null rays? Did you put super glue on their pegs? I'm worried if I do that, they won't fit under the wings...

I put some clear nailpolish on the pegs without thinking about that at first. Once they dried, I tried the fit under the wings and it was tight, but actually scraped a bit of the excess off. Took some wiggling to get them out, but they fit under the wings, and still fit in the arms, although not as tightly as before I put them in the wings.

I would suggest a light coat of nailpolish in the holes in the arms so the pegs stay the same and the holes become closer in diameter.

I don't think anyone should get suspicious and worried until 2 weeks after you place your order. It IS from China, and things CAN get held up @customs

 

So I got home from work and checked my mailbox and came to find a postal service slip (orange one) stating "oops we missed you".. I noticed it stated "China" so I was like, "oh snaps it's here". So i'll be visiting the post office tomorrow to pickup my package. I'll let everyone know the quality of my figure and also will post pics as I haven't seen anyone post any pics of there orders as of yet. We'll see tomorrow...

 

Mine Arrived today.

Seekers(TC,SW) are very good quality.Launchers on SW were pretty loose but a easy fix.


Botcon and Smoke Mirage both had loose legs

Smoke Mirage had a very loose head and his gun didn't fit his hand cause the peg was too big.


Fairly easy fixes and they look like the real things.Plastic wise they are a lesser quality in some joint areas.

 

not screws or balljoint.....but they are easily popped back in. they're not the problem. the problem is the joint that connects the wing to the torso, which is a pin joint that is loose as hell so the wing cannot stay up during robot mode.

 

Ok you guys... I finally got my TC from KOToys.com, I didn't get any tracking information but it only took a week for it to be here so I'm very impressed with how fast KO sent my TC. Very well packaged BTW. Ok, since I haven't seen anyone post pics of there order, I decided to share my experience with the figure. Let me just start out by saying that this toy looks and feels like the legit HasTak deal.. I was very suprised with this figure. I've read alot of complaints about the figure being loose here and there and let me tell you that my figure is actually the opposite of that. It is super tight and everything feels very nice with the exception of one thing which I read here that people were having problems and that is with the cockpit piece locking into place and that's the issue that my figure has. I tried every possible way to try to lock it in place and it just won't budge. Overall I'm very pleased with this figure. This definitely completes my seeker collection. A minor flaw that the figure has is a couple of paint spots here and there but very minimal and tiny unless you're anal about it but that doesn't bug me. Now the pictures that I do have are only in robot mode as I know a lot of people are more into the robot mode. I'll try to snap some shots of it in jet mode but meanwhile enjoy these pics. I strongly suggest getting this figure if you want to complete your seeker collection!! This is one of the best KO's out there. There was also talk about the ordering options of out of package or in package. I ordered mines out of package and it came with the instructions a card and a picture board of SS. So if you're worried about the quality being less if it's out of package, do not worry!! Quality is great!!! Enjoy, cause I sure will!!!

 

Ooh-kay, I think we have different KO makers, making these KOs with different molds.

As Sizzle pointed out in this thread, the KO TC he has sports no notches on the knees, which I see the TC, on the pictures Robowarrior posted, has. The same goes for the notches on the shoulders. On Sizzle's TC, the notches do not break the silver stripe, while they do on robowarrior's.

Robowarrior, can you snap some more pictures of the places that Sizzle mentioned as being different to the original TC, in that thread of his?

 

Yeah, I thought the KO had dull Chrome but that one looks very shinny. 

 

Yeah, my chrome is very shiny.. Like I said.. Looks like the real thing. I have Henkei Dirge and Thrust and their cannons are chromed out exactly as this KO TC..
