I have not seen a thing lately. But I have been trying to get an idea of how much interest there would be in a vintage toy and comic store would do in wichita?
Not a whole lot. There are 2 main comic stores, agents of comics and the other one I cannot remember the name of. Agents handles a lot of board gaming traffic but has horrible staff. The other one is mainly comic books and I hear its the preferred comic place. I don't really see a big market for vintage toys in Wichita, but I could be wrong. Basically what I'm trying to say is those 2 comic book stores are not exactly making a killing but they make due. A third competitor would be very hard to get a customer base large enough to support the store.
well it would actually mainly focus on toys, but also have video games, movies, and other items....more like a vintage stock/cd tradepost
I was there earlier today with my friend and passed on it. They also had the orange jet with the spear, forget his name. Also the copter rival. He got the last jet but plenty of copter there.
Picked up Terradive today at the Target on Maize Rd. I believe he was the last one, though they had two Tomahawks that I passed on.
Was up in Wichita today and and picked up High Brow at the K-Mart near the town west mall. Didn't have much else. a few Battle Blade Optimus but not much else.
Found Skullgrin at target at 21st and maize...that was the last one of the new wave. I still have not found a blur or soundwave yet
Go you! I'm pretty jealous about that. I snagged the last PCC Steamhammer and Grimstone sets at the Valley Center Walmart tonight. Nothing else of note was there.
I was wondering when someone would spot him. I saw one blurr at the 29th and rock but have not seen one since. Wish I would have picked him up. I'm hoping after black friday all these damn tuners will clear out. They may as well just give them away.
Went to Toys R Us at midnight last night. What a mess. Got to the transformers and they didn't put out anything new for the ad. But I did find one soundwave that I had to politely tell the lady that picked it up, that it was not one of the transformers for sale
Found the Dinobots and Constructicons PCC 5 packs in Marysville. Left one of each on the shelves! On sale for $15 each.
Snagged Generations Cliffjumper at the NE Target yesterday at 4am (none of the other sadly). Picked up Reveal The Shield Special Ops Jazz and Turbo Tracks about a half hour ago at the south Broadway Kmart. They had another 6 sets or so when I left. Enjoy!

Working at TRU today and found Rodimus and Ironhide... you heard me Rodimus and Ironhide and got a blurr yesterday
Made me quite happy as well. I just need some Thunderwing and Skullgrin goodness and I'll be set...for the next month.
