Love my Red Alert- very tight. Best ankle joints on this mold I've had. I was thinking "eh, G1 repaint...I'll get em." But after havin him in hand...might be my favorite use of this mold. WFC Megs- LOVE the bot mode. HATE tank mode. I don't think I'll ever transform him. Not a satasfing transformation. Not a fun tank mode. WFC Soundwave- Both modes are wonderful. His legs a bit loose though.
yaay! finally finished generation waves 1-3 now to find Blurr and Dirge. had to go to oxford Target to find the three I needed they still had a soundwave, and several redalerts I did get the last Megatron and Straxus thay also had Sidearm sideswipe... the Ross a few doors over had voyager animated Grimlock for 12.99 so I got that too the had an ultimate bumblebee and several ROTF toys including voyager optimus with the cybertronian symbols and deluc interrigator barricade, and more
East Gadsden TJ Maxx has one Animated Wreck-Gar left, a ton of Revenge of fallen deluxes. Most notable they have alot of GiJoe Hall of Heroes single carded figures, the bat with purple bombs, metallic face viper, beachhead,Flint,BAT.
Nothing new at the TRU in Hoover I also picked up the last Sunspot I found and am Hording it o.o; Unless someone has a spare Soundwave XD
I know where you can get soundwave. Target in Oxford has a few left. and several redalerts and sidearm sideswipe. anybody seen breacher yet? I got megatron soundwave and darkmount at oxford target monday.
I would go to Oxford but thats way out of my way, I am close to the Hoover Area XD I am lazy, I have one Soundwave already just need another because this ones going to a friend of mine who has all the Soundwave toys cept this one of course.
I've seen ONE so far, and that was the one I bought, lol. He's the rarest wide-release TF I've seen at retail in quite a while. Hopefully some better case ratios on later assortments will make him easier to find. He is a badass little dude, though. Awesome toy.
I've seen quite a few Breachers here in Muscle Shoals/ Florence. Maybe I just got lucky for once, because I never even saw a single Skystalker. If you absolutely cannot find Breacher locally, there's a seller on Ebay who has factory stolen samples for like 6$ shipped. I bought one when I wasn't sure I'd ever find him here, so now I have two -- the one I got from ebay is identical if not better than the one I bought for 8$+tax at retail. Go figure. But regardless, he's an incredible figure. If he had been deluxe sized he would have been toy of the year hands-down. The stores here in the shoals just can't seem to clear out the wave 1 HFTD/Gen stuff, and in fact still have more than a few ROTF deluxes collecting dust at the back of the pegs, so if you still need a Prime/Bumblebee/Drift/Thrust, you know where to look. They seem to put out a handful of new stuff now and again, but it's snapped up almost immediately. Occasionally you'll see a Megatron or Darkmount left over on the pegs as evidence, but I've not laid eyes on Red Alert or Soundwave. Today at Wal-Mart in Muscle Shoals I saw they had a few of HFTD Wave 4, including some Ironhide, Rescue Ratchet, Axor, and Tuner Skids -- on sale for 9$ no less. But still no Terradive or Tomahawk to be seen. Booooo.

Roebuck wal-mart was weird. Saw multiple cases of Red-Alert, Soundwave, Megs...and could never find a darkmount. Went in tonight... Three darkmounts none of the others? I'm still looking for a minty Animatedd Hot Rod. I dont think birmingham TRU will ever see them :-(. Stupid Ratchet clogging the shelves. Oddly enough the transformer "clearance" end cap had a lot of animated deluxes.
Funny how that works. I must have seen about 7 or 8 Skystalkers down this way back when he hit. I never even bought one though, lol. That was right about the time when I dropped ROTF like the girlfriend who went and got fat, lmao. It's mostly the same story down here. Targets seem to be keeping up a little better with the current crop of releases, but all the Wal-Marts appear to have over-ordered on the first HFTD and Gen waves. It's like the ROTF Wave 2 deluxe overage nightmare all over again, lol. And sadly, you are probably right. Pretty sure the backroom scalpers at the Hoover TRU will never let Roddy or Ironhide see the pegs... ever. To my knowledge, no one in our circle on here ever successfully scored an Arcee in B'ham - only on the outskirts (Tuscaloosa, Montgomery). Even the Huntsville crowd had a tough time getting her up there, thanks to a$$hole employee scalpers at that TRU as well. Seems like the situation up there loosened up for them after a while, though. But never here. At least, not that I was ever aware of. Your best bet is Tuscaloosa TRU, honestly. Call ahead, and if they have him, get them to hold him for you. They WILL do that, trust me. Then you're making the drive knowing you'll get what you're after. They also seem to re-stock regularly on exclusives like those, and... gasp... actually PUT THEM OUT where we, the good consumer folk, can happily purchase them. They're hands down the best TRU in the state, IMO.
Madison walmart has generation megs and darkmount, as well as the axor wave of movie deluxes. Which wave of generations includes drige?
Currently TRU has one Megatron and no new stuff, some good sales right now and has a few older more common TFA stuff also Walmart 280 has several Megs too.
