I support that title 100%. Like I said before, the current one is kind of misleading. I know that I was personally a bit disappointed, the first time I clicked on it.

  I have complete faith that Shockwave (at the very least), will be pretty effin' awesome. His head on the stick looked great, in my opinion. And that was low-res and at a distance.

 

I'm sure someone else has said this by now, but...

I don't know when we'll get a trailer, but I can almost definitely assure you we'll see explosions in it.

 

my money is on a 30 second Superbowl teaser, with a full trailer attached to something like Tron or any other BIG BUDGET film in december. (tron maybe... it is a throwback movie but it isnt paramount. disney lumps their previews together with other kids films typically)

i liked the idea of the longer trailer having the Shockwave narration. it has a very daunting vibe to it.

It's a Michael Bay trailer, if there isn't a massive ammount of action in the trailer I think the world will collapse. I ,myself, am hoping for some longer shots of the action. It gets tough to follow a real close giant robot fights.

 

For the teaser, just a couple of things we needa have in it, Sam, Carly, Prime, Bee, Megs, and Shockwave, (Soundwave, maybe).

 

I honestly don't want to see anything. ROTF was ruined hardcore with the amount of trailers and TV spots they had that revealed way too much and gave away practically all the money shots.

If there are combiners, I don't want to know. If there is a super weapon, I don't want to know. If cybertron is in the movie, I DONT WANT TO KNOW.

The marketing geniuses completely ruined the movie for me because THEY SHOWED THE WHOLE MOVIE IN THEIR ADS.

Tron is the best bet, although I'm not too sure if it's scheduled for release late December. A teaser would be fine, like maybe just the text transforming again, maybe into a decepticon logo or TF3, with sounds ofcourse.

 

Totally agree. Just so much was being shown, especially in the tv spots. TF1 marketing was wwaaayyyyy better. They had teaser and first trailer which was hush-hush. Trailer 2 a month prior to release started to show a lot more but not nearly ad much as the dumb ROTF spots showed.

 

Kidding, right? The second trailer for TF1 pretty much spoiled the entire movie; it even showed Blackout's death for crying out loud! The TV spots weren't any better, either...

 

we're not sure whether he died until we see the movie, well at least for me. i thought he just got hit hard. i really liked TF1 teaser, trailers. as for ROTF, the only ad that i like are superbowl spot, some couples of tv spot, especially that Sideswipe spoiler  

 

Whenever the trailer comes out, I hope it will show Shockwave.

 

or just after the black ending it shows a red light starting to get brighter then it should show half of the decep and autobot innsignia but together (as one faction)

i also hope prime says "cybertron" in it then it just shows about 2 seconds of the planet itself during primes speech (if he has one)
