Wish I had a place to put my collection. Everything is in boxes and over half the collection is in storage.

This. There is no way I am letting that many people get close to a lot of 20+ year old toys that tend to be very fragile.

Tempting, but I doubt a show on expanded cable has the budget to put another floor on my house.

My wife wants me to try for this, seeing as she has a doll and 80's toy collection that takes up as much space as my TFs.

Of Course this is because she has Doll Tree Houses and Doll bunk beds.

I'd enter, but I'm too poor and only live in a 1 bedroom apartment.

I wish this contest was about giving you a home and converting it to a collector's haven. oh well.

I think a child would appreciate it more, I have very specific tastes when it comes to the toys I buy, I probably would think the redeco of the room would be shit also. If they took the money to redeco the room and put it towards a grail of mine and actually got the grail for me, I wouldnt have a need for changing the room, the toy would do that itself.

It's a shame I live in an apartment. This could have been really cool.

Consider it a a valid excuse not to participate. The reason you have to be a homeowner is so they can bust up your walls and make plenty of noise.

I'd go nuts if they take all my figures down, and reorganize them. They would probably color code (all the blue ones go here) and put toys in tubs. Furthermore, I think those of us who take our time on shelveing are proud of their displays, this show implys transformers collectors are a target group for "horders intervention" or "clutter" drama. Big Mainstream Media Jerks.

They might also shove everything out of sight except recognizeable movie product of on screen characters. Because that's current pop culture.

^ This. Though we'd really only need a loft room or a finished attic for our needs.

yeah... the phrasing of the casting call really makes it sound more like they're looking to help someone with bad taste, not necessarily helping someone who just needs a better display system... i'm intrigued... i think i'm still gonna audition, cuz worst case, if they come to me with an idea, and i say no, they can find someone else...
