    I think so, which is something I didn't expect. You can also see interior detail in the van modes canopy too.

    damn you takara - i was hoping to give my wallet a rest. I agree - they did an awesome job with this one. Hope future releases are given this much attention.

    sorry if this has been brought up already. but have we gotten an idea as to what the size is? is he as tall as grimlock or the seekers or taller? would love a photo of him next to something recognizable. :)

    I can't tell who is supposed to be Rodimus and who Hot Rod..the changes are insignificant.

    Still, the fact that it has a robot mode, a Hot Rod car mode AND a space winnebago mode is more than enough..awesome figure.

    I'm definitely buying the Takara one. I'm a lil disappointed by the incomplete Hasbro one though Targetmaster Firebolt would probably make me buy. Definitely like Rodimus Prime more.

    Anyone know how he will look in comparison with human alliance/binaltech/alternators? Size more than aesthetic really. I'm curious if a human alliance figure could drive, lol. I has plans for a "Daniel" figure if so!

    The Human Alliance figures are likely too big to fit inside. I imagine the interior of the car is pretty crammed. The car is probably the same size or bigger of the Human Alliance cars (or maybe it's smaller due to how much it folds up). But I'd be surprised if you could fit the figures inside. It would be cool if you could though.

    The MP Rodimus Prime robot mode stands over 10+ inches tall. so i'd imagine the car/cab mode would be at least leader sized.

    the HA $29.99 toys are voyager sized in both modes.

    Most Human Alliance toys are a little bigger than modern Voyagers, more akin to Ultra size. Skids & Mudflap are smaller obviously, but very dense with parts.

    Ugh, after seeing these pics I like him less. The windshield and the huge gap between his back the spoiler in 'bot mode is all I can stare at. Shame.
