found it on a japanese site a few years ago. how much are these zoids? i have a real lio convoy, a couple yellow ko's, and a headless nemesis prime missing some of his mammoth parts that i'd like to try this with.
It's odd, but just about every Zoid, regardless of size is USD50.00. That's what my Zero, Brastle, and Third Tiger were, all from Korea. My Deadly Kong was also that much and is twice as big.
great looks amazing. I once combined a USA based zoids ligerzero with a 8 inch KO pvc megatron in the late 1990's. It was basically beast armor for the robot mode. It was for a school project when I was in grammar school.

to be very honest, this is one of the best Kit bashes i've seen in a while! really wish this figure existed on the market!
Good idea. Protoprime is one of my favorite figures ever, but his alt mode is pure ass. Not sure what I'm going to do to mine yet. Anyway, I dug this figure out and I'm back to work on him. It's going pretty well, but mostly I've just added stability and filled in some gaps, nothing worth taking pictures for yet. His liger mode is looking really streamlined, but the robot mode still has a lot of kibble I haven't figured out yet. I feel like if Cheetor matured and became more angsty and then became the guerrilla leader of an offshoot of the maximals; this is that character.
Love how my camera CAN take excellent pictures, it just chooses not to. Anyway, made a lot of aesthetic changes. Added the liger's tail, which is the only way he can stand in robot mode since he has no heels, so it's a built in stand, trimmed all the fat off the liger's face, trimmed the hip and shoulder armor, added the flank details, gave the robot abs, which I'm really proud of, finished the right arm. Pretty much every ball joint on his body is loose now, ugh. Two steps forward, one step back. I'm going to keep working the robot mode chest into something that fits the aesthetic better like the abs, also going to make a medium sized shield to hang off his left shoulder to balance out the massive liger head, have to attach armor to cover the gap in the top of the liger neck and that's about it. Might have to ball joint the robot feet for stability.
i'm not familiar with the character, but nonetheless this looks frickin awesome. imagine if these guys could form a voltron of sorts. /changepants KO
