Even at this price, I'll definitely be going out and getting me some GO BOTS ass! :lol

This does have me intrigued, though. With the success of the RPM's line, I was hoping it would lead to small figures with simple transformations that could fit in with the other RPM's, including the Devastator track. To me, this would be a perfect niche for the Go Bots. I suppose it would be too close to the Legends/Basics size class to ever happen, though. :(

Guess we'll have to wait and see what these Go Bots really are.

    MY Guesses:

first off these are canadian TF TRU prices. the TRU USA prices will be cheaper.

Since hasbro used the words " Go Bots" as the younger kids play-school toy line years ago. my guess is the TF3 Movie Go-Bots are toddler under 4 years old themed toys with simplified transformartions, kid friendly sculpts & so forth.

cyberverse basics & plus toys seem like mask type toys. similar to the "stealth" TF toys were seeing in stores right now.

or, Cyberrverse basics could refer to regular basic sized TF toys. perhaps the plus refers to battle armor a basic can use to become a bigger robot. perhaps the cyberverse basics are basic sized combiners. with the cyberverse plus $9.99 figures referring to the core leader deluxe of combiner team.

Cybertech Deluxe, leader & voyager, seems like regular TF toys for the main TF3 movie line. my guess is the "Cybertech" refers to the toy lines main gimmick. similar to the ROTF "Mech-alive" gimmicks.

MV3 Revving robots. seems to be aimed at a much younger kid age group. the word "revving" seems to refer to some kind of motorized motor inside the toy. that enables to toy to race around the floor in either vechicle or robot mode.
my guess is since the price is so high. it's a battle bumper type toy. where the car mode smashes against something & transforms into a robot while it's racing around on the floor. my guess is neither mold is aimed at a adult collector. this toy is most likely aimed at kids under 4 years old. the robot mode is probably half the car mode as it's lower body while the upper robot body is a brick-former.

Tonka owned the Gobots name till Hasbro took the trademark and later bought them.

Bandai will always own Machine Robo.

:lol  Looking at this thread if people have trouble with this concept:

. . . . it makes me think that the former (expanded budget for toys from movie profits) would be harder to grasp. :lol  At least you tried, Paxtin. :thumb

I think this is a very reasonable guess. :thumb

Excellent, I look forward to seeing what cool stuff they come up with. I would kill for a new Voyager Ironhide mold.
    More money for Hasbro. :thumb

Wasn't Basic the scout class assortment until the Cybertron Line began?

Cybertech i guess is the Automorph/Mech Alive of TF3.

Looking at the list for a second time, it's just dawned on me that there's no Human Alliance. Really hope they haven't canned that subline, it was hands down the best thing that came out of RotF.

Yes, because focusing on toys that will be sold in the millions because of their association with a multi-million dollar blockbuster movie is such a bad idea.

Wow you Canadians get it cheap. Try paying 25 dollars for a deluxe that came out a year ago and having to wait 9 months to get anything new.

    RE : Another Voyager size IRONHIDE ;

Personally I think that an Ultra would be better for Ironhide it would make him nicely larger than the Deluxe cars and would be about the right size compared to a Leader Optimus in Truck mode.

I'd only like it though if they didn't ruin it with the implementation of the Electronics.

You guys are silly...they're not talking about the rear ends of GoBots, they're saying GoBots ARE ass...as are Activators. They're just giving us a friendly warning not to waste our money on them.

It would be a shame if they droped it. Especially when they've apparently got a new human villain in TF3 that could be teamed up with a Decepticon.

Haha! I would be SOOO happy if deluxes were $16.99 over here! Right now deluxe class figures in Sweden retail at $40, if you find them in a good store. Crossover deluxes for some reason retail at almost $60.
