I need Mystique and Multiple Man but I still haven't spotted the "Marvel Mania" at either of the local Toys R Us

 

Checked my local TRU tonight and they have the usual jack squat.This TRU is the worst for Marvel Universe figures.

 

Same here, went to the local TRU and found the cube! It was picked over when i got there, found a Rhino that I passed on, but I did leave with the last Mystique, Dark Phoenix/Cyclops pack, Whiplash, and a Rodimus Minor from TFA.   decent day today heh even though the MU stuff was picked clean... lol the Iron Man toys were practically untouched. =T

 

There was a Galactus toy from the 5-inch line. I can't recall if it was from Toy Biz or another company but I had it. It had a couple of sound phrases like "I hunger". It was pretty cool for its time.

So much for the Osbourne head Iron Patriot being hard to find.I was at a Walmart this morning and they had four of them.I've still only seen one of the normal helmeted version.

 

You should re-paint Brimstone black w/flames.That would be cool.

While birthday/christmas shopping today @ TRU for my little girl I ran across a large Marvel display in the middle of the main aisle and found several new MU figures. Picked up Multiple Man, Iron Patriot, Capt. Britain, Wrecker & Ghost Rider. There were 2 Mystique figs but both had horrid paint apps and the Wolverine from this wave has the worst head sculpt ever!

 

I've seen a few of these TRU displays, but all they ever have is Iron Patriot & maybe Winter Soldier, so I bought myself a goddamn NAMOR figure. Yeah, I said it.

 

Still waiting on my TRU display, though they did get some new stock in recently with one each of Wolverine, Captian Britain and Multiple Man. Still on the fence about MM, if he was in his trenchcoat costume I'd be sold.

Found a Wolverine Origins Comic Series Wolverine for $5.56 at a Target tonight, which was pretty much THE "want-it-but-I'll-get-it-next-time" figure in that line for me. And now that I got him, I'm kinda kicking myself for NOT having bought him sooner, he kicks ass! His claws are solid pieces painted black in between the blades, and I've always far preferred that brown costume over the yellow & blues he's most often worn over the past 20 years. And all the joints are nice & tight, even the ball swivel hips. Awesome!

Damn, I just realized that with this figure, I've got half-rosters on 3 or 4 teams!

 

I've been seeing a lot of Wolverine Origins figures at Tj Maxxes lately. If I needed another Deadpool I'd be all set.

 

yea the blob is meh. sabertooth is cool though. if you dont want blob, find the tru wolvie/sabertooth 2 pack. same sabs but different head/paint job. both are cool though.
