I would like to see victory dubbed because to be honest I just cant stand the character that they made Rodimus to be and the only reason why I would want headmasters or masterforce is only if Peter Cullen would agree to do the voices for prime and welker would do galvatron because I dont think i personally can deal with other voice actors which is why i like victory it is almost a new line up of characters with the exception of percepter i think?? anyway I want some VICTORY.

    Same.

I'd be up for Masterforce and Victory, too, but not before or instead of HM.

    I'll take Victory!

Masterforce is nice, and I started out with Headmasters. I never gathered all the episodes from Beast Wars II or Neo, so I could be pleasantly surprised (definitely liked the BWII movie). But Victory would make me happiest.

Start with Headmasters and work forward.
Do you think the original Sunbow cast would voice?

Wait no, didn't Magnus & Kup pass away (Stack and Stander)?

I just love Beast Wars Neos characters and space theme over Beast Wars II's Gaia planet. I love them both so they should come packaged as Beast Wars: Lost Data Tracks and be a complete DVD English dub :-D

I've owned Madman's Headmasters/Masterforce/Victory/Zone dvd sets for a few years now & they're all great in their original forms (English dubs take away a bit of the zaniness of the voices... :lol ) so my vote would have to be a tie between BW II & Neo. I'd luv to own those series on dvd & any form of those would make this fan of the Beasties one very happy boy :) .

    Can't argue with this...EVER :thumb

    Sound reasoning, IMHO :thumb

    Having a real Season 4...pure heaven:p

My exposure to Headmasters has mostly been thru comics, Victory and Masterforce I've only seen snippets..but I wouldn't mind at all an English speaking DVD versions and/or options, keep the Japanese with an English choice if you will....could be a win for at least several regions and perhaps a selling point for the distributor.

Same goes for BW Neo and BWII...love Big Convoy..wonder why??..anyway going to vote for Neo since I only get 1 choice..but you made this one very difficult KB..others have said it and I would 2nd it...I would buy any of the above mentioned series when released..PERIOD :D

Not really. There's not one person here who gives the least of a damn about what someone like me thinks. Most of my points of view flow counter to whatever passes for the overall point of view in Transformers broken fandom; it's one reason I tend not to involve myself very much.

A couple of examples of that would be that Hot Rod didn't kill Optimus Prime; Megatron did. Hot Rod's only sin was thinking his leader was mortal and fallible...and that he could somehow fight MEGATRON of all 'bots in order to save Optimus from said mortality and fallibility.

Another example, and probably my biggest sacrilege, is thinking that Beast Machines was actually pretty decent. I expect torches and pitchforks for this one eventually.

Nope, not a joke. I was dead serious when I said that. Armada is the worst cartoon/anime ever produced. There is absolutely nothing about it that's good. Nothing at all. I can point to no scene in that series and say, "Yeah, despite all the stuff, that was nifty." The rest at least have that.

Energon, on the other hand, was the best Transformers series that Takara has ever had a hand in. It was still crap, but at least it was watchable without having to resort to self mutilation and rewatching the Oh! My Goddess! OVA's for brain bleach on a per episode basis.

But my opinion, again, doesn't really matter...being antiestablishment...as much as there is one...as it is. We, the fans on both sides of the pond, deserved better than the rain of offal that amounts to the Takara produced series'. However, since we buy the toys without complaint either way, I guess we can only count on the good graces of those who produced the likes of Beast Wars and Transformers: Animated to give us something worth watching again.

But I think I've derailed this thread enough, so I'll just leave it at that.

Seeing how Headmasters, Masterforce and Victory already are translated (Metrodome works just fine for me) I'll go with the next series that's more than a single episode: Beast Wars II.

I agree, and the reason I cast my vote is for this very reason. I really think that Headmasters would enjoy the most immediate success being the first series carried over. From a mass marketing perspective, even nominal fans have a vague knowledge base of the Headmasters/Targetmasters. I think the other series would be a tougher sale.

Vote for Victory. Because Star saber needs more toys. And since it has wheeljack and Optimus Prime for a bit; I think its the closest balance the japanese series came to the Iconic Sunbow cartoons balance of drama, action, and humor.

My own opinions on shows notwithstanding I'd rather them all be produced so that fans of any series would be able to get and watch what they want. I'm very open and public about my detestment of anything Beast Wars, but I'm well aware of the fandom for it, so I want them to be catered to as much as I want my favorites catered to.

Now that THAT is out of the way, I'd look forward to Headmasters the most. Then I'd work my way down the rest of the JPG1 stuffs. Past that, make a freakin CHUG cartoon already.

Headmasters. It is not the best of them, but it is certainly the one that requires the bulk of the original G1 VA cast. The rest can be done later. But the need for original voices necessitates that this one gets done soon.

I voted for victory, as I find all of the character designs were inventive and any chance to get interest in reissues or (gasp) maybe new versions! If I could vote for more than one I would have voted for the fist three as they all tie in to one another even though they are mostly self-contained sagas. And if you had to tie in headmasters, I'm sure some creative narration could make the "rebirth" g1 cannon work together.
