Well blast off's sticker could go either on his roof(which is toy accurate) or on the sword (g1 accurate)

Swindle is an even bigger nightmare with no symbol on his chest in the animation and one on his toy

His symbol is also on his left foot in the animation

Simply put.....g1 the cartoon or g1 the toys?

I see you are also taking orders for Masterpiece Rodimus, is there a release date for it yet? I wasn't aware there were any factions here, from the times I've looked over the thread it looked pretty much like a group of friends to me. In fact that aspect of it is a bit intimidating to an outsider. I'm hardly a gang anyway, just one girl on a computer but I'm flattered you think I'm powerful enough to have my own faction!  

It was never a man vs women issue. It was respect vs disrespect. I've got nothing against men. I've got nothing against 99 percent of the people in this thread. As for the last part, I wasn't talking about women or men having shortages in Singapore. This boy "Peter" made an assumption, he said that ugly guys with money have girls. Like women are just shallow creatures who only want money. I challenged him on it. He didn't respond because he couldn't. I asked for statistics, not about population, but that women are with men just for their money. He didn't provide them, no one did, because these aren't facts, they are biases. My entire point, if you'd bothered to think about it, is that we don't know why anyone is with someone. How many women do you know who tell you that they are only with a guy for money? Or men with a woman just for her looks? It may look that way to us from the outside, but we don't know what is going on in peoples hearts. Maybe the guy is ugly, has money, but also is a beautiful soul. Maybe he has a great sense of humor. We don't know why people are with someone. If we make assumptions, say "oh it's just for the money" that doesn't tell us anything about the people. It tells them about the people making the assumptions, in this case this boy PeteyMooka obviously has serious issues with women, and so he sees something and assumes the worse. Maybe he gets rejected by women a lot, and now is bitter and jealous of guys who have girlfriends because he doesn't. It seems that way, but I don't know, and I won't assume, I won't stoop to his level.

Yes, you understand exactly what I'm saying. It is indeed all based on our experiences. I'm not suggesting anyone is right or wrong, I'm just asking people to think about their assumptions. Actually, I'm really only seeming to be butting heads here with two people, one of who seems to just have issues with women generally from his posts. But I don't know. I saw all the sales at OG over the weekend, and it got me thinking, are Powercore combiners the worst transformers line of all time? Lousy looking figures, not much value for the money, Hasbro seems to be halfheartedly releasing them as fillers between lines aimed at children. Or is there something classic about them that I'm just not getting?

I'll answer this first since this is the question with the least pit falls.

PCCs are considered by many to be just for kids. They don't appeal to the hardcore or nostalgic collectors. Many are made with bad quality control and some people complain they're so badly designed they cant stand straight.

Also there's the hate that hasbro create a robot with drones combiner instead of robots that form into one big super robot.

Those who get them either love PCCs or hate them.

Plus Takara Animated rodimius is being sold at CSC for $40, hasbro one i'm not too sure havent seen one yet.

Finally a word of advice mercury, all the people who post on this thread don't take themselves seriously. This is a thread just to relax and have fun, some of the stuff we post are just to have fun/make fun of how serious people are. Of course you can be pissed thinking that what we say is serious, but there's nothing you can do. Chill and try to reduce the wall of text, it serves no purpose other than to start a keyboard fighter thread.

I believe they all have their moral values and somehow it doesn't seem as if all of them fit the stereotype of SG Transformers collectors/fanboys (which, btw, reeks of discrimination by itself to me already so if we're all taking the eye-for-an-eye approach, can I douse you with a flame for disrespecting most of the people on this thread and then start fighting the fire you'll throw onto me for either taking sides or dousing this onto you? see what i mean here by taking things with a pinch of salt?  ).

I understand why you're standing up for womanhood and I respect your integrity and courage. I would do the same too, for manhood or womanhood for that matter, if there really were insults and defamatory remarks but honestly, I don't see any disrespect, just pure tongue-in-cheek viewpoints on the whole women's-opinions-on-toys collecting issue. From what I've inferred from the first-ever post, it seems as if the guys here were just lamenting the fact that some wives are not empathetic, at the bare minimum, about such a hobby the hubby might have. All the posts said were along the lines of "toys are better than vices such as womanizing,drinking,gambling,etc" rather than "women are way below the value of toys".

zfeakye mentioned that he didn't mind being the same price as a VSS as it meant that he was of value still - so can I get angry at that for him mocking manhood for being cheap and being made to be a cuckold (as this is what the media has portrayed onto society - that men, when wilful, are Casanovas and are cuckolds when they are taken advantage of?). Answer is simply no, cause I took it with a pinch of salt. The rest of the guys did too and maybe you should too.

If even rainingstorm, who is a girl with awareness of her rights and equality amongst all of us SGreans and ultimately human beings, can signal to you to take a hike with these strong statements, then really, you should take a step down minimum and just not come in so strongly on us all with your first few posts, whether you're long-time lurker or not. Coming in strongly then taking the moral-high ground of "I'm willing to forget this issue and bear no grudges" reeks of a defamatory meaning to me - that you're mocking them as people of a lower social standing as compared to you and thus are able to tell them to forget this incident and shake on it. Thus if the guys involved are defaming women, aren't you the pot calling the kettle black by indulging in a defamatory exercise as well?  

This issue is spreading too far out and while Petermooka nor anyone of us here are not admins/mods of this thread, such an argument might just be the start of a dirty-linen washing exercise, which I'm keen to avoid as no one likes to see a fight or argument amongst friends of the same agenda.

I hope to offend no one including you, Dark Mercury, but if you feel offended by this then I am fine with living on with this hatred on me. Doesn't kill me nor the rest of the guys if you feel that we're either women-bashing men or simply morally-blind folks who wank all day to porn and have glasses and waist-high pants that make us look dorkish. Emphasizing the fact again that we do like to have collectors of all races, religions, nationalities and ultimately gender on this thread (do a check, we have two resident female posters here), you're welcome to still stay here and post and make friends with us. I think the guys are way above the low ground they're perceived to be on and they would require no apology just as much as we hope you're on a high ground to not demand an apology outright. If both party(ies) feel that this issue will linger in the emotions like a parasite, feel free to PM each other and talk things through in the privacy that is Private Messages.

If not, let's just sidestep this issue and continue about toys like Mach said earlier, shall we?
