Rumor is that Robot Kingdom purchased the last 60 or so Sidearms from BBTS and plans to mark them up. Spread the word folks, spread the word.

In all seriousness, I think there will be enough supply/retailers to carry this that people shouldn't be too concerned missing out on Sidearm today.

i didnt say i wanted a cheaper product i said that FP deserves your money moreso than the retailers and yet they graciously set a fair price unlike the retailers who have added a larger markup than suggested

 

You are right, cause it takes nothing at all to start, manage, run a successful business. There is a reason that many online toy retailers do not last more than a couple years, they have the "its so easy, a caveman can do it" mentality. I have many friends who own bars, and every 6 months or so someone comes in the market thinking that they can sell cheaper, do better, put asses in the seats, etc. Within 8 months, they realize that the loan money is gone, selling beer costs substantially more than $1 per bottle it can be had for at the grocery store, and that running a business is tough.

Came home from work 0745, went to sleep, woke up 1600....no sidearms left. I didn't even see it.

 

To all of you who ordered like five of Sidearm: I hate you.

How long does it take for TFsource or the others to get in preorders after BBTS lists them generally? I NEED that Sidearm.

I think youll find FP takes a hell of a lot more effort to run than a store and yet they work hard to be able to offer there work at an affordable price to fans

the retailers should at least hold SOME reverance for that

 

I'll probably switch my preorder to Automaton later, but if needed, I'll keep my preorder with BBTS for the gun and resell it at cost.

Damn, Sidearm sold out when I was asleep. No worries though, I imagine it will receive another run since it is not listed as limited and it is selling like mad. Hopefully I can just catch the TF Source preorder though.

Ignore me for I have a problem with how some businesses function and I am a gracious fan that respects my toys took a lot of effort to be designed/ produced and that the wishes of the designer/ producer should be respected
